This townhouse is located a block away from Commercial Drive that's loaded with the best restaurants and bars in Vancouver. 5 min drive to downtown, 10 mins to North Vancouver, and 5 mins to the highway heading east. This townhouse was built in 2011 with high ceilings and 4 skylights providing a cozy open setting to be in. The backyard has a patio heater and bbq connected to the house. The house even though being in Vancouver is very private and has a cozy vibe.
