The room has a private bathroom that was clean. The house was clean and organized, everything in its place. We went for a game in the World Cup and needed to leave the backpacks in the house before check in. The host always replied fast and was friendly with our request.
Nothing, it met our expectations.

Sophia is the perfect host - very nice and very discreet. She helped us with all our wishes - thanks a lot. There is always free parking in front of the house. Very handy for Vancouver. Public transport in front of the building but we always went downtown by car. All the town-beaches are just a short drive away - shopping as well very close. Very handy. We could use the whole infrastructure (kitchen, living room, bathrooms and even laundry (we stayed longer…) therefore: thanks again.
The beds are a little bit small for biig people. They are not king-size…. But: we did sleep very well in them, also because it‘s a very quiet neighborhood.

This house is located in a residential area, so it is nice and quiet. The downside is that there are no restaurants or bars around. The nearest shop is 20 mins walk. It takes 40 mins to get downtown by bus.
There is no a/c in the room. They offered me a fan to try to keep the room cool. No TV. The matress is very uncomfortable and old and difficult to sleep on it. Poorely furnished room. Too expensive for the low quality accommodation.
