About this apartment rental

Located in a Kitsilano 1912 heritage home, the 2 bedroom suite is accessed by a separate entrance in the back of the house. We live upstairs.

Can be hosted in French or English.

This 650 square feet unit is cozy, modern, clean and a walk-out to a covered eating area and small court yard. Some additional features of this unit include heated bathroom floor, hot-water on demand (never run out of hot water!) and AC. The garden area features a bbq, love seat and 2 chairs so you can relax with a glass of Okanagan wine after a long day.

Location, location, location! We are a short walk to all the local eateries and shops located on West Broadway and 4th. UBC is a 20 min bus ride away and downtown Vancouver is 15 minutes away by bus.

The suite features 2 bedrooms - One has a very comfortable queen size bed and closet, the other has a double bed (no closet but shelving). There is a small kitchen table, sofa and a Smart TV in the main area and one in each room. High-speed internet is available. We have a coffee machine, kettle, small fridge, small oven, and bbq outside, with a table that seats 4 (outside). Free parking on the street. (see parking map).

* Please note the unit is fitted with a Honeywell True HEPA Room Air Purifier with Allergen Remover. There is a AC unit during the hot summer days.

About us: We are a professional couple with no kids that live upstairs and are very quiet. Christine works in the event and tourism industry, so she can help you with any questions you may have about tours and sight-seeing adventures. Please fee free to email us with any questions you may have.

We stayed at the apartment twice during August 2025. We found it ideal for our purposes being centrally located with many amenities, especially restaurants, nearby. Even though the apartment is a short walk from a busy commercial street it is secluded and remarkably quiet. We enjoyed be able to sit out in the garden during the evenings. Christine and Patrick are the most congenial of hosts and made us feel most welcome.

We are a family of four (2 adults, 2 teenagers)--and this was the perfect base for us to explore UBC, Kitsilano and the rest of Vancouver. The place is very clean, quiet and stocked with everything you'll need during your vacation. The location is amazing! You can easily walk to rental bikes, beaches, bus stops, the supermarket and too many great bakeries and restaurants to mention. Special shout-out, though, to the perfect hosts. Christine answered all of our many questions promptly, before and during our stay. She and Pat were flexible and accommodating, and made us feel at home throughout. Many thanks. We'll be back!

A really perfect stay when we visited our daughter at UBC. The Kits neighborhood is just east of campus and filled with restaurants. The place is very clean and has comfortable beds. It does has a small kitchenette and small fridge with a good eating area outside. Great for a small family, but it would be crowded with two couples

Perfect place for our family group of 3.Good communication with hosts who provided helpful information. Very clean and tasteful decor. Some nice extra touches such as welcome muffins, umbrellas (although we didn’t need the umbrellas as we were fortunate with beautiful weather). You couldn't ask for a better spot, steps from Broadway in Kitsilano but on a quiet street. Hosts were fantastic communicators, very accommodating, and made extra effort to make us comfortable. Our only note - it's a bit smaller than the pictures show, the kitchen/living room areas are a little bit snug for 4 adults - we were two couples and the weather was too chilly to comfortably make use of the outdoor table and chairs, so we couldn't all sit together at the small table to eat, or on sofa to hang out. Still overall a great stay.

My friend and I had a fantastic visit. It was the perfect place for going to both the UBC gardens and Granville Market/Downtown. Its event walkable to the Kitsilano Beach. Christine was so helpful at check-in giving us an introduction to the neighborhood and tips on transportation. If its available, I highly recommend booking!

This is a lovely, well located place to stay in Kits. Close to restaurants, shopping, the beach (10 min walk) and everything else you might want. The space clean, well appointed with comfortable beds and a lovely backyard to hang out in.The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and great to stroll through. My husband, daughter and I stayed in this very sweet VRBO the first week of July. You cannot beat the location - it's close to so many wonderful cafes and restaurants! And an easy walk to shops and the beach! Christine's place is very clean and very cozy. Both bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds and the water pressure in the shower is terrific. The kitchen provides every tool you'd need to cook with or even bbq with in the backyard. Oh, and the garden walk out is great - we had gorgeous weather when we visited, so having space to gather outdoors was awesome. As far as hosts go, Christine is fantastic. She's friendly, hospitable, kind and so quick to answer texts and messages. Pat is very nice too - he even installed a portable AC unit for us because of a recent heatwave. We had a very relaxing stay at this Kitsilano VRBO and hope to return some day!

We loved our stay in Kitsilano. We wanted to spend a few days in Vancouver before our Alaskan cruise and this area did not disappoint! It was my husband and me and our 14 year old son. This place was perfect for our small group. Although the space is small, it had everything you needed and was just a short walk to so many restaurants, a pharmacy, small grocery and even two beaches! Christine was amazing. We got in late and she had left us a basket of homemade muffins and there was coffee for the morning!! This was so thoughtful! I highly recommend this cute vacation rental!!

Located in the thriving neighbourhood of Kitsilano in easy walking distance to bars restaurants and bus routes . This is a great place to stay. Two comfortable double bedrooms with comfy beds . The kitchen/ diner / sitting room is snug but comfortable and well organised with generous pantry provision . There is a large outdoor seating area in a pleasant garden. The location of the unit- means it is shaded but it is well lit and balanced by the French doors which access on to the garden. Christine and Patrick were great to deal with very flexible and provided lots of info on Vancouver and transport. This was our second trip to the city and we loved it- it’s a great place to visit and this property was perfect for our needs . Can recommend and will definitely stay here again if we make another trip here. 👍🏼😀
