New to the market!!! We have newly renovated and furnished the home and are excited to offer this self-contained unit to the market! We live on a quiet residential street that is close to the beaches, shopping, transit, UBC, and downtown. Clean, big, and quiet!

Great location close to lots of shops and restaurants. The suite was very clean and had ample amenities for cooking. We did find the scent from air fresheners and strong laundry detergent overwhelming. If someone had scent sensitivities or allergies this would not be a suitable place to stay. Also the heating pipes in one of the bedrooms was very loud throughout the night (even with ear plugs) and so if only one bedroom is needed and it’s winter time would advise sleeping in the bedroom off the kitchen.
