This stunning waterfront 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is located along the seawall in downtown Vancouver. The floor to ceiling windows makes this unit very bright and spacious. Both bedrooms are located on either side of the apartment which gives you a wonderful sense of privacy. The large kitchen and open concept to the living room make this unit perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a cup of coffee outside on your patio and watch the boats pass by.

Bed setup: 2 x Queens, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)
Free Parking: available on location (underground secure)
Furnished units are not available to rent unfurnished.
Included: linens, towels, Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central). NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels

There is a onetime cleaning fee of $375 and a onetime move-in fee of $300
