It had a good view good location very comfortable
The downstairs bedroom it was a two bedroom condo downstairs bedroom, smell musky, and it was a little dark

We got the email with the door code while we were driving so couldn’t get the code until we got internet access. Drove to our room and someone else was parked there. Didn’t know where the office was to get code. Finally saw a lady walking who worked there and showed us where the office was. I had booked a deluxe bungalow. We got an email a few days before we arrived saying our suite was #125 and showed no stairs outside. Room we were given was #133 several steps going to main landing and another set of stairs to main level. We were travelling with 2 people in their mid 80’s that found the stairs a challenge. Also we were sent an email that showed a picture of #125 and the living room looked bigger than the room we were given and above the picture it said you have reserved the following property.
Also prior to our arrival I phoned Booking.com to speak to someone about our room and got AI they said I would have to speak to our host. I phoned her on a Saturday and had to leave a message and didn’t hear from her, so phoned her again on Sunday and had to leave another message. She never did return my call.
