Location was great. Deck was amazing. Barbecue was old but still worked fine.
The owner is trying to be very kind and has kitchen overly stocked leaving no room in the cupboards for food. I would have liked a lot of the extra stuff to be removed, leaving a more organized feel to the place.

The view was amazing and it was central which was nice. Was spacious as well.
Needs maintenance… issues with things falling apart or not working properly. Faucet in washroom very loose, cupboard in kitchen falling off, dishwasher isn’t great, rat poop all over the deck as well which grossed us out a bit, Cleanliness wasn’t great when we arrived very dusty and the kitchen wasn’t in great shape had to hand wash all dishes as they were dirty pulled a couple pots out and they had food in them :( for what we paid for a weekend stay we feel these things should not be an issue.

The cabin is really well designed and equipped and could easily accommodate more than our party of four. It was really clean and had super views. Close proximity to trails and beaches made this a great venue to explore. But it would be fine to chill and take in the vistas if that's your preference.
Lack of conveniences. The Renfrew pub was the only place open for meals in the evening. It was so packed and noisy we went back to the cabin and cooked for ourselves. There's also only one very small and expensive convenience store.
