"A simple clean affordable hotel on an incredibly beautiful piece of property. Sitting by the water in the mornings, there was no one around and it felt so luxurious."

Away from the highway and on a kiwi plantation
Furniture was old

Fabulous location and the room was so spacious and great views from balcony on our first night Loved the walks around the grounds and the breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly!
Our second stay was on our way home and the room was in front of building facing parking area with no proper private seating area outside. The room was accessible room which we didn’t ask for but it was big enough and bed was comfortable but would prefer one of the rooms facing back of property towards the sea.
