You deserve some time away, Rest and relaxation, the sound of the waves, the smell of the ocean. Let us share our little piece of paradise with you. Our Beautiful Oceanfront Studio Suite, on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. Our open plan Studio Suite offers 450 square feet of living area with a comfortable Queen size bed, a full 4-piece bath, Gallery style kitchenette featuring a breakfast/eating counter with bar stools, 2 burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave and mini fridge, private water view balcony, and on-site laundry facility. The Ocean and beach are just 20 steps away from our condo. Our studio suite is offered for a maximum of 2 people.
Absolute Paradise is one way of describing Inn of the Sea. Please come and enjoy this wonderful place. Our privately owned condo surrounded by tall cedar trees, has views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel.
You will enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool will open on or around May 15th and close September 30th. The private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.
Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away. Inn of the Sea offers seaside recreation, peaceful relaxation, natural beauty, and tranquility. The resort is beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and lush greenery. During your stay you may see playful Otters and Seals, Hummingbirds, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, and maybe even Orcas swimming through the channel. Time can be spent beachcombing, checking out the starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub.
We are located 15 minutes South of Nanaimo, 70 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes from the town of Ladysmith.
BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are only ten minutes away.

The studio suite is well equipped with everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised to find 2 mini fridges as we only expected one. The bed was comfortable and a floor fan was provided to help with the heat. The kitchen although small, provided everything we needed and had coffee and sugar stocked. The balcony provides a lovely view of the sunrise and the pool area and pickle ball court were excellent. For 2 people, we found this unit and location to be exactly what we needed. Tammy was prompt to respond to my inquiries prior to arrival and I had no need to reach out while we were at the property for a week as everything was as promised.

Not exactly the romantic getaway and more so a very kid friendly spot. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the constant dogs barking, loud banging from upstairs units and kids yelling everywhere on the property including screaming/jumping in the pool, using floaties in the hot tub and at one point jumping on our standup paddle boards at the marina. Communication with the host and easy check in.
