Developed as a vacation complex you can enjoy a swimming pool, hot tub, playground, tennis courts and dock - park your boat, set your crab trap or fish - its up to you. Our two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with murphy bed sleeps 6. Primary Bedroom hosts a newer King bed with gel mattress, second bedroom newer extra length twin beds and living area hosts a queen murphy bed. Renovated bathrooms feature infloor heat. This is a paradise for fishing, hiking, snorkeling and kayaking! Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and is packed with all the cooking utensils you need plus extras. We personally rented for 2 years and then bought our own unit as we adored it so very much. It comes Fully furnished and ready for your memory filled vacation. 10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the ferry, 25 minutes to Nanaimo Costco. The property was perfect for our family of 5 . Our granddaughter really enjoyed the beach looking for crabs, hermit crabs, sea stars and beautiful oyster shells. The pool was also a great feature in the afternoon. The condo has everything needed for cooking delicious meals . A little disappointment was that the oven and top of the stove were not very clean. However the rest of the condo was spotless. Overall a really pleasant stay . The inn at the sea is a great spot for families.

Met with family members for reunion. We so enjoyed our stay. The views from the townhouse are beautiful. Super comfy beds. Fully stocked with everything you need. Loved the openness and brightness of the townhouse. The grounds around the site are very well kept and beautiful. We enjoyed walking the premises and taking our doggies down to the beach to walk on the flat rocks. Having the separate bedroom down was very nice. Was exactly as described and really enjoyed it.

This is our 3 time staying in Ladysmith, but first time in this unit. Fiona was very responsive and helpful. The air conditioning was very much appreciated to make the unit comfortable. The one bedroom doesn't not have a/c but the fans helped. It'd be great if there were black out curtains in the bedrooms to cut the down the light and heat in the morning. Otherwise, the unit was well stocked with essentials. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! The place was so spacious, well-equipped, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable and the linens were quite nice. The pool and hot tub were heavenly. The oceanside was fun for the kids and they had fun looking for crabs, fish, and seastars. The playground within in view from the kitchen deck was excellent. We will be back.

This secluded resort is pretty special. The host was very fast to communicate. The rental was very well stocked. It is in a very unique setting. The views are amazing and the place is very well taken care of. Our little ones especially liked exploring the beach and searching for all the crabs. We would go back in a heart beat. Gorgeous location. Our unit was well equipped but the housekeeping let it down. Dusty countertops and tables we cleaned on arrival. The decks and outdoor chairs were dusty and needed cleaning. Dead flies in the window frames and cobwebs over the dining table and ceiling light. The glass front door was filthy. Tiles in the main bedroom were lifting from the floor. The beds were very comfortable.

Thank you Fiona for allowing us to stay at your place for the weekend, the kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the tide pools (on low tide) very much, we saw lots of crabs and other sea creatures. Location is close to the ferry terminal, very clean and lots of room for the kids and my wife and I. Everything was there already and we didn't need anything. Great communication and easy to deal with from Fiona and we would not hesitate to go back there again in the future. THANK YOU!

The Bet Way to Come Back to Canada.

This location was not only beautiful, but was the best way to come back to visit my family post lockdown from the US. The condo was exactly as the photos showed and besides minor computer glitches in the access (I blame the computer for this) Fiona made the whole process very easy and was in communication with my husband and I every step of the way. We truly enjoyed our stay and we got to enjoy easy access to family, local places, and a beautiful ocean view. We definitely will look at this location again possible summer if things with Covid continue on the path to “normal”. Though the weather was rainy, this was the a great way to reunite with my husband and enjoy quality time again after being apart for a year. Thank you Fiona for having us!

We enjoyed a lovely stay in yellowpoint, the ocean was warm and inviting and the sunrise In the early hours was magnificent. The condo has all needed supplies, although window coverings on the skylights would help with the heat in the unit.

We had a relaxing, enjoyable weekend here. There is not much to do in town, so we relaxed by the pool, on the apartment patio (great views), and on the shared terrasse near the beach (perfect spot for dinner). It was exactly as we hoped it would be. Neighbours are friendly and helpful, so it was a lovely atmosphere.
