WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE IN FALL/WINTER Spectacular views & gorgeous grounds our townhouse features AC and is situated on 3.5 acres of meticulously kept grounds. Developed as a vacation complex you can enjoy a swimming pool, hot tub, playground, tennis courts and dock - park your boat, set your crab trap or fish - its up to you. Our two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with murphy bed sleeps 6. Primary Bedroom hosts a newer King bed with gel mattress, second bedroom newer extra length twin beds and living area hosts a queen murphy bed. Renovated bathrooms feature infloor heat. This is a paradise for fishing, hiking, snorkeling and kayaking! Kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and is packed with all the cooking utensils you need plus extras. We personally rented for 2 years and then bought our own unit as we adored it so very much. It comes Fully furnished and ready for your memory filled vacation. 10 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the ferry, 25 minutes to Nanaimo Costco. We very much enjoyed our stay at Inn of the Sea. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with extra amenities which were much appreciated when traveling. Our unit was bright with natural light skylights, panoramic windows, and custom lighting throughout. Bathrooms were modern and well equipped…great lighting, shower, and sink/counter space. Very comfortable new furniture in living area. Communication with Fiona was excellent…quick response and very helpful suggestions.We loved exploring the surrounding area…Roberts Park, charming town of Ladysmith, wonderful dinner theatre and murals in Chemainus.Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful property!

The view from the condo was beautiful. Beds are comfortable. Nice and quiet. Updated. The only drawback for me was that there was a pretty severe, musty smell. It was particularly bad in the upstairs bedroom to the point that I was nervous having my daughter sleep in that room. If you were there in the summer when windows could be left open, I think it would be a perfect spot. I assume there must be some water damage in the walls or something.
