Location was excellent just off the main road and within a couple of miles of Doncaster Racecourse
Could have done with a few items - mirror in the bathroom. Parking was at a premium but managed to park nearby

The location suited our need
Property is tired and dated and in desperate need of tlc
The sofa bed does not work and has clearly been broken for sometime
The toilet seat is snapped in two
Only 1/3 roll of toilet roll left for a 4 night stay
WiFi password was not legible and had been scratched out
Electricity was on a meter which ran out
No batteries in remote, had to purchase some so tv would work
The curtain rail is hanging off as is the wallpaper
On the first night the neighbours were fighting and police attended at 0230 am
