The location is really close to everything. There's a water dispenser at the reception, which is very convenient. .
Not important but the toilet and shower setup was very odd in the room I stayed.

My wife and I were quite amazed by this hotel. The owner were superbly trained to handle tourists. The owner spoke English well. He was super nice, extremely hospitable. Even though this was considered as a back-alley hotel, don't underestimate it. The area was close to Registan Square on foot. We didn't have the opportunity to experience the breakfast due to time constraint, but the owner packed our breakfast for two mornings. That was an effort that few hotels have. The price was very affordable and value for money. We were happy tourists and this place is very very recommended.
