A very generous and tasty breakfast. And there was a different variety each day. Also, served in a cute little courtyard garden.
There was bottled drinking water cooler and ironing table outside the room, which came in very handy
The location was superb, very near to Registan Square.
Overall, it was a good value for money.

The host is extremely welcoming and friendly. He creates a lovely atmosphere and a delicious breakfast. The place is convenient to get to with 2 buses or a very cheap YandexGo to either airport or bus train station. The rooms were modern and clean.
I stayed in the dorm room which only has a fan. It's fine for me. If you want an AC and private bathroom look for one of the private rooms. They may want to add a community microwave for convenience. They let you use their own personal microwave if you need it.

The staff were all very friendly.
Breakfast was good.
Hairdryer was available upon request.
Towels were provided.
The space was quite small, but that was manageable.
the toilet is located outside the house and wasn't very clean.
My room was underground with no air-conditioning or fan, making it quite uncomfortable, especially when stepping outside.
