We stayed in this guest house in 2025. When we started to place new trip, many things were flexible.
The only point we were not ready to change - where to stay in Samarkand.
We even were ready to change dates just to have rooms available in Nursultan Grand Guest House!
It is simply the best place to stay in Samarkand (in our 2 trips experience)
Great location between Registan and bazar / market.

This place was great. For a guesthouse I felt like I still had a lot of privacy, which was nice. The location is perfect- right in the middle of everything so you can walk everywhere. It was on a nice, quiet street that felt safe, and was out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It was a great value.

Breakfast was so delicious and generous! Recommendations for activities and assistance with questions were provided. Location was perfect, on a quieter street but close to everything. Very kind and friendly staff.

The proprietress - she is fantastic and so helpful. The location - absolutely PERFECT! The room size and bed/mattress were great.
Shower perhaps a bit tepid but not so much to be of concern.
Do note this place has steps to rooms upstairs and no idea if they have ground floor so plan for that.
