The location is perfect as it is in walkable distance to the registan and the basar/Bibi Mosque but in a quite alley so you dont hear any noises. The host is a really great and friendly guy who tries to help with everything. Room was big and clean. The breakfast is prepared fresh and is a typicall tradiontal breakfast.

We stayed as a family of five across two rooms—a spacious quadruple room and a somewhat small double. The guest house is in a great location and offers excellent value for money. The host was remarkably kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the varied breakfast was a highlight each morning.

The double room was quite compact and had no real window, making it feel a bit dark.

Well-located guest house, just a few minutes from the Registan and directly behind the Bibi-Khanym Mosque. The price is also reasonable—around $25 per night, including breakfast.

The service leaves much to be desired. Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM, which is quite late if you plan to explore the city early in the morning before the heat sets in. It’s also served very slowly, with long gaps between each item. Our first breakfast took nearly an hour. We also experienced issues with the shower—there was no hot water for most of our first day. Additionally, on the day of check-in, we arrived at 1 AM as previously communicated to the hotel, but no one was there to receive us. The staff member had fallen asleep, and I had to wake him up myself. Fortunately, the main door was left open. Not the most welcoming experience.
