Really unassuming from the outside but the gate opens into a big courtyard where all the rooms come off. Spiral staircase and open roof. Really nice. Big room, had an adjoining kids room. AC. Nice shower. Electric kettle in communal space was good. Nice friendly family. Round the corner from the registan and bozoor. Nice breakfast prepared for us.

The accommodation in general was perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel as at home. The room was clean, equipped with towels, slippers, hairdryer and everything else you need during your stay. The position is Perfect. At the end of the street there is a gate that allow you to enter in the touristic area in just 2 minutes walking. I really recommend this please and i really say thank you to all the staff. Grazie!

The hotel boasts a prime location, very near most of the main attractions, and wonderfully attentive staff, with a pleasantly appointed room. Although it was meant to be closed for renovation, the owner graciously opened it just for us and even prepared breakfast for us.

The absence of a bidet leaves a small note of longing.

Very nice and hospitable hosts, we were glad to meet them. In particular, the helpful, very competent and friendly son of the hotel owner delighted us all! The hotel is located right in the centre and yet very quiet.

The rooms are partly in need of renovation, especially the bathrooms were very old in two of four rooms we booked, they did not like to take a shower there. In some rooms, it smelled from the bathroom to sewerage.
