Perfect location just next to registan square, lots of shops, buses. Clean room, hot shower. Super affordable
There is no AC, only a super loud fan and room is stuffy. Laundry is 75k som which I find expensive. It says include breakfast but nobody is around at breakfast time to serve anything so I didn't get my breakfast at all.

The couple owner of the property are very nice and helpful. The location is very good, just a short walk to the Registan square. Many options for food nearby, both local style or restaurant, very delicious food & affordable price. Wifi is super strong. Thank you so much !

It’s clean and very close to the attractions.
In booking it says single room has ac but unfortunately this is misleading. It gets very hot in Samarkand and I specifically filtered a room with an ac unfortunately they do not have it. Just a fan which is cool but it gets hot during the day time and at night time, outside is cooler than the inside. Just take note of that.
