This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room had bedbugs, and I woke up covered in bites all over my body. When I reported the bedbugs to the staff, they were completely unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility, did nothing to solve the problem, and would not refund my money. The location is terrible. There is a construction site right in front of the hotel, and the whole area feels noisy and unsafe for staying. The room itself was a nightmare. The bathroom had no light, the bed was basically a wooden board with a thin mattress on top, and I could barely sleep. Everything in the room was old, dirty, and poorly maintained. I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone. Between the bedbugs, the filth, the terrible condition of the room, and the staff’s refusal to help, this hotel was unacceptable. I would rather sleep on the street than stay here again.

Everything was just grand. The staff are friendly and I loved the location. There is so much greenery there it was perfect.

Location and price

The staff was unavailable most if the time. As the hotel is a part of a homestead, which is nice, the owner didn’t reside in the office. Only his teenaged son was coming out, if I screamed laud enough behind the door, as I didn’t want to disturb their privacy, but he wasn’t able to do much more than saying “sorry, sorry”. And it’s not on him to run the business.
