When I arrived the room was not ready.The towel was not ready too.I requested to do laundry and I was told it would cost 70,000 som.When I returned, the clothes are still wet and I was told that I have to pay 240,000 because they had to load my laundry 4 times! I was like wtf? My clothes were not more than 10 pieces how could it has to be done in 4 loads.I do not recommend this hotel.Terrible, terrible, terrible!

We are group of friends staying at Zaal hotel for 3 nights. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 4km away from the train station and 4km away from Registan square. Breakfast is simple but ok. The room size is pretty good with all basic amenities . However, there's no cleaning during our stay (nobody took out the trash). This is the only problem we had.
