I stayed there for 4 nights and the environment, breakfast, people etc everything was just perfect 🥰 I had a great time. 7 or 8 minutes walk from registan square, perfect location.
I wish the shower had stronger water pressure, and I found the beds a bit hard. But overall not a big deal!

Location was great. It is close to major attractions and eateries and shops. Quiet and clean and the breakfast was very good too. Drinking water is supplied, which was great as it was very warm. The hosts tried to accommodate all requests and helped to book taxi too. W-Fi was very good and robust.
There was a problem with the water for a couple of days, but apparently the whole city had a water shortage. Although breakfast was meant to be from 8.30 am I always had to wait until at least 9 am for it to be ready. Water pressure of the shower was poor. At least one time when I went out the children went to my room to watch TV.

The location is perfect very near the main historical sites. The owner and the mother are nice.
The breakfast wasn’t very tasty. When it’s raining or cold the only option is to get the breakfast in your room, but the room is not adapted no small table. On booking.com a kitchen is mentioned, but indeed it’s the family kitchen which you cannot use as most of the time it’s occupied by the family or locked.
