Good location , and probably the best breakfast I had so far in Uzbekistan
It said with air con, but it was without. They gave me a fan and it was ok in the end, but a bit misleading

The location is excellent, the house itself is amazing, staff absolutely wonderful
The beds, pillow and lighting in the room, with a small touch this place would be just unbelievable!

Absolutely unbeatable location for walking to Registan area, parks and restaurants. The room was large and it was nice to have a table in it.
The room was so musty it was hard to breathe, even after the window was opened. They were unwilling to provide any kind of suhoor during Ramadan.
