We were surprised the room was more modern and updated than we expected. The host was very responsive by WhatsApp. We loved the terrace as well, on the second floor. Paying in USD was also much appreciated. The room was quite clean.
Some construction but of course it’s temporary. It’s a bit of a walk to restaurants but the value here was unbeatable.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was absolutely fantastic: welcoming, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the care they showed us throughout our stay.
The location was also excellent, perfectly situated for exploring the city and visiting its main attractions. Everything was conveniently accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The main areas for improvement were the uncomfortable mattress, the Wi-Fi connection, which kept dropping and was only available in certain areas of the room, and some problems with the hot water. Addressing these issues would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests.

Excelente localização e excelente experiência de recepção e check in.

The location was spectacular-- the neighborhood gave a taste of local life, and Registan was walkable. Bakha was quite friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The room was also quite comfortable and spacious. I enjoyed sipping my coffee and reading my book on the balcony in the morning :)
