Good location and good communication with host.

Roomy apartment. Having a separate bedroom is nice. The apartment is as presented in description. Good location; easy walk to train station, restaurants and attractions. Good communication and easy check in/out process.

Could use some better knives in the kitchen. The stairs could be an issue if you have lots of suitcases. We travel light and are in our 70s and had no issues once we found the lighting.

Location is really great. The apartment is nice looking. Towels, soap is provided.

Small cockroaches were noticed in the cooking side of room. And what is important the duvet cover was dirty and smelled like hundreds of people used it.

The apartment was gorgeous. Spacious, rustic, charming, and just all round lovely. The location was fantastic, in the middle of the city and within walking distance to all of the sights. It was also on a quiet street so it was very peaceful at night.

The stairs up to it were very narrow (looked to be the original stairs of the building which was actually cool) but they weren't well lit. Also there didn't seem to be any hot water

Fantastic historical studio. You can lean against medieval stone walls and look at the original wooden roof. really amazing feeling. access was easy and well described. kitchen well equiped.

No hot water - at least we could not get it, but we had not contacted the host to understand if we are doing something wrong, so maybe there was a Solution to that. Not a problem for us but other guests may ask upfrobt about it.

Nimes maravillosa

Sin duda la ubicación , muy céntrico y al no pasar coches , muy silencioso . El piso es muy bonito pero sí que necesita un lavado de cara , la cocina está desfasada . Y sobre todo colchones y almohadas nuevos !

El acceso es sin duda incómodo pero ya lo sabes cuando lo alquilas

A Nimes mi sono sentito a mio agio. Gente cordiale ed educata.

Posizione ottima; nel cuore della città.

L’accesso è attraverso un lungo corridoio cieco ed una stretta scala a chiocciola in pietra, con gradini usurati dai secoli. Non ho visto altre vie di fuga alternative in caso di emergenza. Alcuni arredi sono da riparare (letto), i punti luce non sono protetti da plafoniere (lampadina a vista), una porta scorrevole risulta bloccata, manca il climatizzatore (ci sono solo 2 ventilatori), gli infissi non garantiscono una adeguata insonorizzazione.

El mantenimiento del apartamento era pésimo, las sábanas estaban muy desgastadas , había suciedad por todos los sitios, las toallas olían mal y algunas con manchas de lejía. No lo aconsejo.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement décoré avec goût ,agréable et très bien équipé. Literie confortable. Entrée sécurisée. Situé dans une petite rue piétonne avec tous commerces à proximité. A 10 minutes des arènes où nous sommes venus pour assister au concert de " Scorpions " . Parkings à proximité. Nous avons pu visiter divers endroits indiqués dans le livret d'accueil et nous n'avons pas été déçus .

Le bruit, le matelas du canapé lit qui se séparent au milieu qui vous fait donc finir sur les lattes durant la nuit, la chaleur de l’appartement en plein été.

Mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Emplacement idéal pour l'appartement, en plein coeur de Nîmes, arrivée et départ autonome grâce à la boîte à clés.

Appartement assez limite. Tout d'abord, attention si vous réservez en été, il n'y a pas de clim, un seul petit ventilateur pour l'appartement. Il fait vite très chaud dans l'appartement. Ensuite, confort très sommaire : matelas du lit très fin, nous avons plutôt mal dormi car le matelas se creusait très vite, et pas de vrai canapé-lit. Attention par ailleurs : il n'y a pas de volet, même en bois, et les rideaux ne sont pas vraiment occultants : réveil dès le lever du jour. Pas de table pour manger, ni même une deuxième chaise au bureau. Equipement de la cuisine limité, avec peu d'ustensiles : une seule grosse cuillère par exemple, pas de carafe, ni de sopalin et une seule partie de la plaque de cuisson qui fonctionne. Par ailleurs, la propreté de la salle de bain était assez limite. Même si cela ne nous a pas posé problème à nous, attention aux escaliers : ils sont raides et très anciens, pas évidents pour tout le monde pour monter ses valises.

Sosta di un giorno a Nimes

La scelta di alloggiare in questo appartamento è stata dettata dalla posizione centrale in cui è ubicato, dalle bellissime foto su Booking.com e dalle recensioni positive. Avevamo bisogno di spazi più ampi di una camera di hotel e della privacy che non c'è se si condivide il bagno con altre persone. La proprietaria ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare I bagagli prima dell'ora stabilita per poter visitare la città più agevolmente, la comunicazione è avvenuta solo tramite la messaggistica di Booking.com, non abbiamo incontrato nessuno ma siamo rimasti nell'appartamento solo per dormire, la pulizia era impeccabile.

Il divano che si vede nella foto non è un letto e oltretutto non era preparato per dormire, non c'erano le lenzuola eppure noi avevamo specificato in fase di prenotazione "due letti singoli" o comunque 2 letti separati. Per fortuna io porto sempre dei pareo ,che ho steso sul divano, ma non ho certamente dormito comodamente. Peccato dover sottolineare questo disguido, ma capita quando non si viene accolti da qualcuno con il quale si possa parlare e risolvere dei piccoli problemi. Il tempo a nostra disposizione era veramente poco quindi non si poteva dedicare alle chat, che sinceramente non considero vera comunicazione.

Nimes una ciiudad sorprendente y el apartamento muy bonito en una zona inmejorable.

La ubicación es inmejorable, justo enfrente de la Catedral. El apartamento integrado en un edificio antiguo con paredes de piedra y bonita decoración. Temperatura correcta.

El acceso por unas escaleras no solo estrechas sino desiguales, propias de una torre, muy incómodas y peligrosas y más con maletas. Además de que si tiene que subir y bajar una persona mayor es incluso peor. Debería estar indicado este punto. Faltaban detalles como escoba y recogedor por ejemplo. Algunas cosas estaban viejas o rotas, como faltaba una bombilla en el vestidor, y el armario estaba suelto, con una balda desencajada.
