Nice old property in a lovely central area of town

Too many steps and not explained correctly. Not the cleanest. Coffee and towels and more stored under mattress in bedrooms. Shower so small and unclean.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely apartment. Everything you need is there and Laurent is available to message - for any problems or questions. There is a nice outdoor terrace too. His answers will come back in French though (fair enough since we're in France). Be aware that you have to go up some stairs to get to the apartment - but it wasn't a problem for us. PS we love Nîmes too ;-)

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was ideally situated in the centre, close to public transport. It had 2 good sized bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with the added bonus of a lovely balcony. Great for two friends on a short break together - would definitely stay here again.

It didn't bother us, but some people may not like all the stairs you had to climb to get to the apartment.

Great central apartment

The location couldn't be better, right in the centre, easy to walk to everything. Modern loft apartment with nice/good fixtures and fittings.

Stairs! You walk up the main (beautiful) staircase, then narrow stairs to the loft apartment. We weren't expecting the narrow staircase. Kept us fit after all the baguettes and cheese! It's not a great view from the balcony, just roofs, but it doesn't detract from the apartment. We don't speak French, and the person who met us upon arrival and departure doesn't speak English. Patricia was very nice. We managed with hand gestures and Google Translate. Not criticism, but suggestions... Add extension leads/sockets next to the bed in the smaller bedroom and also a mirror for people to use. Provide rectangle pillows not square, and also spares for the beds if you want to use 2, not 1. Put hooks up for towels in the bathroom. Provide an extra set of keys if 2 couples are sharing the apartment.

Cute apartment, perfect place!

This place is amazing!! We loved that it was right in the middle of the "centre-ville" next to everything. 3 minutes to the Arena, 3 minutes to the Maison Carré and shops all around. The apartment had everything, was beautiful and we absolutely loved the balcony. The air conditioning worked great and we slept better than we have on our whole trip in France. The host was nice and the building is beautiful. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Nimes!!

Logement exceptionnel, possédant deux magnifiques chambres d'un grand confort ainsi qu' une terrasse plein sud avec une superbe vue sur les toits et église de Nîmes. Séjour à refaire sans hésitation que je recommande vivement !
