Es ist ein tolles Appartement in einem wirklich gut renovierten Zustand, mit schöner Küche, Markengeräten (Herd mit Esse, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kapselkaffeemaschine, großer Kühlschrank). Sie ist ruhig, dennoch sehr zentral gelegen, schönes Flair, Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick über die alten Dächer von Nîmes. Es hat alles, was man braucht und die Heizung/Klimaanlage ist ideal. Laurent (der Vermieter) ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, stets sehr hilfsbereit und gibt klasse Anregungen für Aktivitäten. Für uns (2 Personen) war die Größe ideal.

Zu mehreren sind die Betten und das Bad ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig klein und wir mussten uns erst an die Hebeanlage der Toilette gewöhnen.

Everything was perfect. The location is 5 star, right across from a LOccitaine shop, in the heart of the pretty old town. Bakeries, bistros and shops on every corner. We were met and waved off by Muriel, a lovely lady full of chat and enthusiasm. Inside we found a top floor spacious pad. Strong wifi, comfy beds, hot shower and everything you may need for a wonderful stay. We do restaurants but the kitchen was well set up for cooking. The balcony overlooking the pink tiled roofs was a respite. Perfect spot to sit and watch the swallows. I adored the courtyard entrance, the old stone steps and the feel of a cathedral. Immediately inside the apartment you will find a set of tiled stairs. But they are not steep, and a handrail guides the way. All the stairs are broad and once taken slowly would not be a problem. I highly recommend Laurent and Lucies place!

Nothing to dislike. I would add that the neighbours we saw were all so kind and friendly. We felt so much at home.

En plein cœur de Nîmes, nous avons profité de la terrasse. Très bel appartement avec accueil pour la remise des clés. Propriétaire réactif pour toutes demandes.
