A hidden gem in Nimes

An absolute gem in the town centre. Close to everything. Very stylish.

Lovely apartment with everything we wanted/needed but definitely let down be the approach.

Lovely, clean, comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities.

Location. It took us a while to identify the location and had to ask the local restaurant where it was. We were then led through a dark passageway through a small area where people were eating meals. The staff at the inner restaurant warned us that the following evening would be noisy as they had a gay pride wedding function. Luckily there were earplugs in the apartment.

The facilities and decor were fantastic. Showers were particularly good. Great location.

Yes, it was noisy on the 3rd night only (we stayed Tuesday-Friday). But I usually wear ear plugs so it wasn’t a problem.

Excellent apartment in an excellent position!

This apartment is superb! We loved our stay in Nimes and the apartment was excellent in so many ways. We loved the decor, the spaciousness, it's proximity to the sights we wanted to see and it was surrounded by many fabulous bars, restaurants and interesting specialty stores. It was excellently equipped and we had everything we needed. Also, we were within easy walking distance from the train and bus stations. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our only suggestion is that the entrance could be cleaned up a bit.

L'atypique en hiver

We booked last minute and stayed for five days in the winter. I have only good things to say. Great location, modern, comfy, clean and well equipped. The owners are nice and very responsive. Great choice if you want to visit Nîmes and the area!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely city. There is plenty to do and see in a 3 day stay.

The apartment was spacious (particularly the living room), clean, central and well equipped. It had recently been renovated so the furnishings were all new. Both bedrooms were adequate in size and each contained a shower and wash basin. Separately off the living area there was a third shower room and wash basin. The host was easily accessible by phone or text and helpful with any queries.

Our party consisted of two couples. Unfortunately, there was only one other separate room off the living area that consisted of the only toilet in the apartment. It would have been better to have toilet facilities for each couple.

Superb apartment located in the old historical centre.

Together with a colleague, we spent 4 nights here. Really great apartment, spacious, very clean, excellently equipped though we only used the fridge and coffee maker. It is right next to the Arena and other historical sites and the choice of restaurants is endless. It’s also only a short walk to the train and bus stations for easy day trips to Pont du Gard. Arles etc.

I note others comments refer to late night noise - access through the open area shared with the restaurant is interesting and though there was music at the wknd, it really didn’t bother us. We would be more than happy to stay again.

Un séjour en famille réussi à l'Atypique

Arnaud notre hôte a été d'une gentillesse et disponibilité remarquable. l'appartement est situé en centre-ville à proximité des Arènes et du centre. La décoration Atypique très jolie et en partie faite maison vaut le détour ! Les équipements sont de qualité. Une bonne literie y compris le Canapé transformable dans le salon. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour où nous avons eu plaisir à partager du temps à l'Atypique et où nous reviendrons sûrement lors d'un prochain séjour sur Nîmes

Seul bémol indépendant de l'appartement, le niveau sonore de l'établissement situé en dessous qui porte préjudice à la magie du lieu.

Qu’est ce qu’on y est bien !

L’appartement est exactement comme le montre les photos. Il a du caractère et nous a séduit par sa décoration et son style. Propre, accueillant, bourrée de petites attentions, confortable et tous les équipements sont de qualités, nous n’avons manqué de rien. L’appartement est bien insonorisé Les propriétaires sont très aimables et disponibles. L’appartement est proche des monuments à visiter et des commerces.

Rien de particulier qu’on ai pas aimer. Pas de place de parking à proximité et quand on a beaucoup d’affaire c’est un peu compliqué, mais on s’en est bien sorti malgré tout et l’appartement vaut quand même ce petit effort. Il est situé à côté d’un bar restaurant qui ouvre à partir du jeudi, c’est la proximité nous a surpris. Le restaurant et ouvert dès le mardi soir mais sincèrement ça ne nous a pas gêné le moins du monde. Le propriétaire du bar est très avenant

Lage grundsätzlich gut. Top Ausstattung. Innenarchitektur grandios.

Der/Die Vermieter hätten auf die Karaoke-Bar unter dem Apartment hinweisen müssen. Einfach Ohrstöpsel ins Bad legen gehört nicht zu den fairen Vorgehensweisen. Der Bar und Restaurant-Besitzer hat uns gesagt, er weist die Gäste immer darauf hin, er verstehe nicht, warum das seitens des Vermieters nicht geschehe. Es ist derart laut, vor 1 Uhr morgens muss man über Schlaf nicht nachdenken. Der Bar-/Restaurant-Betrieb läuft von Mi-So. Also Mo+Di könnte man lärmfreie Nächte buchen!
