The apartment is in the centre of the city, and there is a reserved parking space. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, everything was extra clean. The owner is very kind and answered promptly to every question. All in all - a warm recommendation!

Great location, wonderful spacious apt, with lots of light, fully equipped kitchen, host was very responsive, close to great restaurants and bars and the local sights.

Supremely well positioned - beautifully appointed.

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location in the heart of Nimes. In a very old block, with traditional entrance area and staircase, but the apartment is modern, supremely clean and well equipped. The host met us to hand over the keys and also on our check out. There was a need to hand over a 300 Euro cash deposit - which was promptly returned on check out, but this is highlighted on the Booking site under fine print and the host did reminds of this requirement by text. The host was super super helpful and spoke good English - better than our French - and showed us how to get to the "special" parking area that comes with the apartment (it's in an exclusive nearby street zone which requires card access). This is 5 mins away on foot, so best to offload your suitcases outside the property. It is possible to park outside the property on the street if you are lucky enough to find a space, and payment is via a nearly machine. From the apartment, you can quickly access two city-centre convenience stores, one of which stays open till 11pm - so great for milk and cereal for the next morning. The apartment is located 5 mins from the Roman amphitheatre, which itself is located next to the major museum that covers Roman Nimes. A bit further along, and you'll get to the Maison Carree (the "square house"), probably THE best preserved Roman temple on the globe. We used Nimes as a base for the south of France and beautiful beaches are accessible by car 45 mins away. For Roman fans, there is of course the Pont du Gard - unmissable in my view as part of our world heritage. If you are there in summer - expect this wonder of Roman engineering to be surrounded by countless swimmers, families and kids - there are "beaches" either side of the Gard river and if you don't mind swimming in river water - it's a great experience. Take towels and suncream and crocs (the river bed is stony).

Nothing really - perhaps the need to have 300 Euros in cash on your person, with nothing to spend it on afterwards! but we recognise that the host needs to protect themselves against possible damage.

Large, stylish. Excellent location, host present and available and always accessible, unlike so many of those property managers you never see during stay. Host made coffee for us and chatted. Very friendly and welcoming. The sense was he enjoyed being a host, and wasn’t doing this just for the money.

No air conditioning, although not necessary during our trip.

The location was excellent. The apartment was very spacious and modern. Nice living space and pleasant living room equipped with a nice big TV. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is great.

El anfitrión fue superamable, con una comunicación muy fluida y pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Nos ayudó muchísimo en el proceso de llegada y con el parquin. Die Lage war sehr zentral und nur 5min zu Fuß zum Amphitheater und Altstadt. Große saubere,moderne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Betten. Nette Vermieter und toller Service mit Parkplatz.

Keine Klimaanlage und daher sehr warm. Baustelle im Treppenhaus. Leider war gegenüber ein Hotel mit Lieferanteneinfahrt,die um 3 Uhr in der Nacht ausgeladen haben.

VIVIENDA SOLO CON AGUA CALIENTE A UNAS HORAS Y SIN PARKING PRIVADO

La ubicación céntrica del inmueble, muy cerca de la zona mas turística para visitar.

1º.- La recogida de llaves esta lejos de la ubicación de la vivienda. 2º.- No había agua caliente para ducharse. El propietario nos indico que el calentador solo se enciende de madrugada y como nosotros llegamos por la tarde noche, no había posibilidad de agua caliente porque la habían gastado los anteriores inquilinos. 3º.- La vivienda no dispone de aparcamiento privado. El propietario nos indico que aparcáramos en la calle porque era una calle tranquila, pero tampoco había sitios disponibles en la calle, así que tuvimos que buscar un parking privado en una plaza cercana. 4.- El anfitrión nos dijo que nos devolvería 50 euros por los inconvenientes y no lo ha hecho.
