La Parenthèse avec Clim- proche arène

Il nostro soggiorno è avvenuto durante giorni molto caldi ed il condizionamento ha funzionato molto bene facendoci dormire piacevolmente

Il gabinetto è diviso in due, di cui la parte del WC è al piano inferiore: ciò è molto scomodo.

Die Wohnung ist nett aufgeteilt und bietet auch bei maximaler Belegung (6 Personen - zwei davon auf einer Ausziehcouch) genug Platz. Das Bad wirkt frisch renoviert und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei der Ankunft gab es Madeleines und für die Kaffeemaschine waren 6 Kapseln vorhanden :-) Uns hat zudem gefallen, dass es einfach eine typische Stadtwohung ist, von der aus man die Stadt gut zu Fuß erkundigen kann (Jardain des fontaines, Arena, Les Halles, ...)

Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr heiß und das Kühlen der Schlafzimmer nicht ganz einfach (wenn man aber auf geschlossene Türen und Fensterläden achtet, geht es). Die Parksituation in Nimes ist wie in jeder Großstadt schwierig - vor dem Appartement kann das Auto nicht den ganzen Tag stehen (bzw. schon, aber für €25/Tag).

Appartement propre, confortable, bien équipé, avec de grandes chambres, du rangement.

Dommage que la clim ne soit que centralisée dans le salon car en temps de canicule, on est obligé d'ouvrir les portes des chambres, ce qui pose un problème d'intimité. Nous étions 5.

Clean and comfortable. Ideal for 1 or 2 nights. In a residential apartment, accessed through a communal courtyard. Toilet downstairs, separate from shower in main area. Located in downtown area, 10 min walk from main tourist area.

Contacted host about a number of things before writing this, but they weren't that bothered 😕 Key safe code wasn't correct on arrival, but quick reply. 4 adults stayed for 3 nights. 1 and a half toilet rolls provided - told to buy our own. Hand soap in bathroom, barely any - we used our own. No showergel. Only 2 large spoons for cereal. Had to use teaspoons. 'Complimentary' coffee pods were for a different size machine. Clear expectation from owner to leave appartment tidy but no washing up liquid or teatowel provided. No spare bin bags. Disappointed with response and poor attention to detail.
