Overall very disappointed and not impressed. Would NOT recommend.

Internet didn’t work properly. Despite parking being stated as available it wasn’t offered. Coffee was dried up and unable to be spooned out of container. Couch was uncomfortable and only one cushion was available, so had to use the pillows off the bed. The host asked us to give a rating of 10 as she said no one gave a rating of more than 9!

Exceptional

Ingrid and Mary are super friendly hosts, they make you feel welcome from the first moment. Their place has a perfect value for the money. I travelled by bicycle and you can securly store it in here. Also I like the point that it is outside of the city center and in a nice neighborhood. The kitchen has a microwave and coffee machine which was useful. In the morning when I wanted to leave it was raining a lot and so they let me stay until midday without any issue. Thanks for a nice and comfortable stay.

A very special place with lots of character. The location was in an old part of Nîmes. The hostess(es) did everything to make us welcome and speaks good English. I loved it and it was peaceful in the garden and room.

Exceptional

Very clean apartment with the possibility of using the cozy garden. I really recommend to spend the evening there and watch the sun set. Ingrid and her mom greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, they were very helpful and always available to answer questions. What I missed (it's all stated on booking.com) is that there is no soap dispenser in the bathroom. It's my fault because nowhere it states that it's included. Luckily, I had my own soap and also there are shower gels which you can use as soap. And I am 120% sure if I asked for it, Ingrid would provide soap even though it's not included in the apartment. You always hear of the hospitality of French people. Here, you can experience it! Just before leaving, I got offered some freshly brewed coffee. I highly recommend the apartment if you want a cozy, personalized stay. Lastly, I wanted to thank Ingrid and her mom for this nice experience!

I made this stop overnight to cut a long trip. I was late but it never was any problem. I have been welcomed warmly on the phone and at the property. Ingrid is the daughter, Mary the mum and they were both absolutely charming. Property is clean, spacious. The surrounding is peaceful and safe. You can park the car freely. After a good night of sleep, I was able to enjoy a nice coffee in the morning, as they put some for you, part of the amenities! 5 mins away from the highway, and close to the city centre, I highly recommend, whether you just make a stop or stay longer!!! Thx again Ingrid & Mary for your kindness and welcome!

Nice place, warm smiles from the owners, very quiet neighborhood.

There is more then one room, the one we got opens into the garden and got hot with doors closed. Air condition would be sweet, but with open door and a little trust to other guests it was perfectly OK.

Location was good although a bus trip from the town the buses ran smoothly on Monday, but nothing after 7 on Sunday. The area is charming and quite. Be careful on a Sunday absolutely nothing open late. Dangerous part of town not too far to walk through so don't wonder off alone in the dark. Apartment was spacious and comfortable.

No towels or toiletries except 1 old used hand soap. No bins to throw rubbish. No facility to make tea or coffee except in a microwave with a cup.

Non adapté en période froide

Logement très froid, pas d isolation, des ventilations par lesquelles le froid passait et 1 radiateur électrique seulement (chaleur ne pouvait être conservée). J y ai passé la 1ere nuit mais je n ai pas pu rester avec ma fille, nous avions trop froid. Je ne parle même pas de la partie bain et sanitaire dans laquelle il y avait tt vent par les aérations et pas de sèche serviettes ou radiateur. J ai prévenu la propriétaire qui n a pas voulu reconnaître les faits et qui m a traité de menteuse arguant que ses commentaires étaient bons sur booking et par conséquent q ce n était pas vrai, qu il faisait chaud... Les avis pour cette personne sont très importants car j ai bien compris lors de son accueil q il fallait bien que je mette 5 étoiles pour le cafe, les draps, les serviettes... Bref logement certainement agréable l été mais pas l hiver ou par temps humide et frais. Pas de remboursement de la part de la propriétaire, "elle a un commerce à faire tourner". Elle m a reproché ne pas lui avoir parlé avant notre départ, qu elle avait d autres logements disponibles qu elle aurait pu proposer : pourquoi ne nous a t elle pas mis directement dans 1 logement plus adapté ?

Pas de climatisation et une chaleur intense. Ouvrir les fenêtres et les volets ; tous les autres usagers des autres appartements passent devant votre logement... Et vous êtes a côté du portillon métallique = donc lorsque les gens rentrent ou sortent vous ne pouvez pas les ignorer
