Great location.

The property was in a nice area. Very close to all amenities. Most within a 15-30 minute walk. Spotlessly clean.

The two upstairs bedrooms were accessed by a very narrow winding metal staircase. This wouldn’t be a good choice for anyone with mobility issues.

Decorated with taste, well looked after, amenities are on point. The flat is great for a small group of travellers who want to stay in Nîmes.

The location — it’s quite close to the center but the area isn’t the greatest. The stairs to get to the property are quite steep

Fantastic, modern and clean 3 bed flat at the heart of Nimes.

Highly recommend this flat in Nimes! Location is fantastic as it’s less than a 10min walk from the arena. The property is super modern with all the equipment (dishwasher, clothes horse, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, hairdryer and towels, air con, comfy queen double beds) required for a relaxing stay.

Although advertised as having a balcony, it’s only a Juliette, which we guessed from the pictures before arriving so we weren’t surprised or dissatisfied in anyway.

Positive experience

The apartment is stunning. The decor is beautiful. There are all the facilities one could possibly need for a short break. There is air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms & the living room. Plentiful supply of towels; comfortable beds; spotlessly clean. Overall, an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The apartment is a short walk (max 10 minutes) to the Arena, 15 minutes from Jardin de la Fontaine. We travelled with 4 children so being close to the sites was very beneficial. The apartment is 15mins walk from the train/bus station, again a bonus. It really made our trip to Nîmes very enjoyable.

On the booking.com app, for accessing the apartment it said someone will meet you at reception. When we arrived there was noone there. I rang the number but unfortunately my French is limited to pleasantries, so I had difficulty explaining why I was ringing (to the message machine). I emailed via the app & got an immediate response thankfully. In hindsight, I should have contacted the owner the day before to confirm how we would enter apartment.

Appartement charmant pour profiter de Nimes ainsi que se la couler douce.

Mélanie a été tres flexible quant a notre heure d'arrivee et de depart. Les clefs nous attendaient dans une boite sécurisée. Appartement charmant, bien décoré, avec une bonne collection de BDs qui a plu aux petits et aux grands.

Voisins semblent assez sensibles au bruit; mes enfants moins...

Empfehlenswert!

Schön , gemütlich,, sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet, ruhige Lage. 2 Schlafzimmer im schönen Dachgeschoss, aber niedriger Deckenhöhe. Ruhige Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Waren Ostern dort und haben damit geheizt. In wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Restos und Suoermarkt um die Ecke. Schneller, einfacher check-in. Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hinterhaus, das von der Straße aus nicht zu erkennen ist! Straße in altem Viertel mit engen Straßen gelegen. Parken mit großem Auto (Van, SUV) in gutem, nicht zu teurem Parkhaus (Q-parking Jean Jaurès), 6 Gehminuten entfernt, zu empfehlen.

Nebensächliches Problem: Haben leider die Bedienung der Mikrowelle nicht verstanden. Wendeltreppe im Appartement sehr schmal, aber machbar.

Séjour très agréable à consommer sans modération....

Appartement dans une petite ruelle, calme, très bien situé a environ 10 a 15 minutes a pied du centre donc très pratique. On peut garer assez facilement la voiture. Les propriétaires nous ont indiqué des restaurants parfait quand on ne connait pas la ville.
