Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement très agréable, bien pensé et d’un calme appréciable. Le parking est bien sécurisé. La literie était extrêmement confortable. Les hôtes ont été particulièrement accueillants et toujours disponibles.

Très bon séjour, je reviendrai avec plaisir

L'accueil, assuré par Magalie, est particulièrement chaleureux et attentif, prodiguant de précieux conseils. Nous avons grandement apprécié la sécurité, le calme, la verdure ainsi que la proximité du CHU. La présence d'une ligne de bus à proximité est également un atout majeur. Cette adresse est à retenir pour mes futurs déplacements, sous réserve de disponibilité.

Il est difficile de se prononcer avec certitude, mais une suggestion serait d'envisager l'ajout d'un grille-pain pour satisfaire les amateurs de pain grillé. En dehors de cela, aucun autre élément ne semble faire défaut.

Buena relación calidad-precio.

La anfitriona o dueña fue muy simpática. Camas aceptables. Tiene una pequeña terraza y un jardín con sillones en donde se puede comer o cenar si hace buen tiempo. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Decoración bonita. El coche se puede quedar dentro, en el jardín, lo cual da seguridad, porque no hay que dejarlo en la calle.

La escalera para subir a la parte de arriba, donde está el otro dormitorio, es un poco insegura, La escalera no es apta para personas que no sean jóvenes y no estén en forma. Los huéspedes no pueden controlar el aire acondicionado, lo controla la dueña, se enciende y apaga cuando ella decide. El aire acondicionado se enciende de repente a la 1 de la madrugada. Un día el aire acondicionado hizo un ruido raro y soltó agua. La hora del check-in es demasiado tarde (16h) y la del check-out demasiado temprano (10h). Hay que utilizar transporte para visitar Nimes.

La villa est située dans un endroit calme, à 7mn en voiture du centre de Nîmes Elle possède son porpore parking, et le coin jardin et barbecue est un plus pour les beaux jours. La literie est confortable. Les hôtes sont très gentils. Si l'occasion se présente on reviendra.
