On the first floor of a historic building, a charming 55 m² Haussmann-style apartment with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling moldings, located in the heart of the Écusson district, right across from the famous Halles de Nîmes.
It’s ideally located for exploring the city on foot, close to the Maison Carrée (350 m), the Jardins de la Fontaine (800 m), the Arènes, and the Musée de la Romanité (500 m).
It is located right next to numerous shops (the Halles, La Coupole shopping center, bakeries, convenience stores, etc.) and restaurants.
Located about 1 km from the Nîmes-Centre SNCF train station, you’ll also find two secure paid parking lots across from the building that offer long-stay rates.
The apartment features a beautiful entryway with a work area, a spacious living room with a sofa that converts into a full double bed (Bultex mattress), a modern, open-concept, fully equipped, and functional kitchen, a magnificent separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a large walk-in closet.

Nice apartment very well located.I do NOT recommend if you have a heavy suitcase as it is all the way at the top of a steep spiral staircase.

Great location in the Old City. The apartment is very nice and on the first floor ( steps, no lift). There is everything needed for a very pleasant stay. Comfortable large bed. Shower over bath. Lots of restaurants close by. Good communication with owner.
