La localización del apartamento, muy próximo a la estación central de Nimes. Está bien distribuido: cocina, baño y dormitorio bien acondicionado y con decoración cuidada.
El estado de conservación del inmueble del apartamento. Es un edificio muy antiguo, con incluso un cuadro de luces en estado peligroso junto a la puerta del apartamento. El aire acondicionado portátil del apartamento no es suficiente para refrescar todo el apartamento.

O apartamento é muito bem equipado e o ar condicionado portátil tornou o ambiente habitável apesar do calor extraordinário que fez durante nossa estada.

L’emplacement est top et les hôtes sont très arrangent . L’appartement est très fonctionnel et surtout très propre . Joliment décoré A 2 pas des arènes et de la gare centrale . Super rapport qualité prix nous reviendrons pour notre prochaine escapade Nîmoise .
