Rubbish , avoid !☹️

In a good location, that’s all that we can say was any good!

Poor description of lock key site. Poor lighting in getting up stairs. ONE BATHROOM not 2 BATHROOMS as advertised. Dusty, hot ( and probably freezing in winter) . Old tired dusty furniture & old dusty bedroom linen. Towels suitable only for rhinoceros ( they were old hard & acted as a dermatological skin scrub!). Thus new towels & linen are needed.Not really very much to like about this tatty property. Avoid if you can! Probably almost worth a refund of costs. The only positive thing was that the electric lights worked.

The appartment is very nice and right in the city center. Nadia is very helpful and the parking is 5 mins walk from the house. Very usefull the free parking card the hosts give you upon arrival. WiFi and television in the living area

Unfortunalty the flat was very dirty: the bathtub, the sink and the washbasin cabinet had hair, dirt and grim. There was no soap in the bathtub nor on the sink. Toilet very "old", therefore not a pleasent sight. One towel per person, no sheets on the matrasses. We didn't use the kitchen, but the coffee pods where thrown in a container which was quite dirty. Too bad for the negative things because the flat could be very nice!

Great location

Location excellent - right in the middle of key sights. Interesting old building. Comfy beds. Safe and secure. TV had Netflix. Free parking close by.

Accessing apartment was difficult. Received no instructions prior to visit about how to access apartment. Sat Nav can’t take you to the property, so someone had to jump out of car and walk to the apartment whilst someone stayed in car and drove around. We then had to wait at apartment, after making a call, for someone to arrive with key and car park card.

Good

The location is right in the pedestrian area of the old center of town, so two steps away from good restaurants and interesting places to visit. That said, the parking is not at the property, so be aware that you need to park in the Arena parking and then walk with your luggage 10 minutes. The apartment is very spacious with a lovely living room at the front. It is an old-fashioned place, clean and pretty. The kitchen had a large refrigerator, 2-burner induction stove, microwave, and plenty of dishes. The host was responsive to our request for a second set of keys so we could come and go at different times.

There is no air conditioning (normal for a building of its age) and there was only one fan for the two bedrooms. While we were there - August - it was hot so we needed to open the windows. While that made for a good breeze, it was very noisy (you're in the center of town with stone buildings and streets so you hear every sound). The apartment door doesn't stay closed unless you lock it with the key. There is no shower; there is a bathtub with a hand-held sprayer. The wifi only really works in the front area, not the back bedroom.

APPARTEMENT IDÉALEMENT SITUÉ BÉNÉFICIANT D'UN PARKING

Très bon emplacement pour un appartement dans son jus situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble ancien ... Grande surface avec des pièces agréablement réparties, deux chambres (dont une aveugle), une cuisine coté cour entre les chambres, et une pièce à vivre donnant sur la rue. La place de parking mis à disposition est un plus important dans cette ville où le centre ville est réservé aux piétons.

Le rafraichissement de l'appartement qui en a besoin, le mode de chauffage, et certains éléments techniques qui étaient inutilisables ou défaillants.

Très agréable séjour !

Très bel appartement bien équipé et décoré, Idéalement placé au cœur de cette belle ville de Nîmes ! L’accès au parking inclus est un vrai bonus, facilement accessible, proche de l'appartement, très pratique ! La conciergerie est réactive et de bons conseils, merci !

L'aparcament del cotxe és lluny i s'ha d'aparcar en un aparcament públic que és molt ple. Cal especificar que es pot sortir amb el cotxe sense fer servir la targeta d'abonat. Primer és millor deixar totes les claus i la targeta a la caixa de seguretat del carrer i després anar a treure el cotxe tranquilament. També cal que posin una maneta, per la part interior de la porta de l'apartament, perquè ens vam deixar les claus per fora i vam quedar tancats dins. La cuina està poc equipada

Très bel appartement et très bien placé pour les visites

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nîmes, aller aux spectacles des arènes, etc… Place de parking incluse parfait 👍🏻 Très grand appartement, nous étions 6 adultes et nous avions assez de place.

Le Canapé convertible du salon n’est pas très confortable : le matelas peu épais est à même le sol, il vaut mieux être petit et léger

W opisie widniało ze sa 2 łazienki co było kluczowym punktem przy wyborze Apartamentu po kontakcie z właścicielką upierała się że było napisane 1 łazienka ,po udowodnieniu jej zdjęciem opisu zero odpowiedzi. Byliśmy grupa 7 osobową przez to uniedogodnienie spóźniliśmy się na umówione spotkanie. Posciel i ręczniki dla 6 osób po ponownym kontakcie z właścicielką bezczelna odpowiedź tylko po francusku, posciel została dostarczona o 23 godzinie ,skandal za taką cenę.. .Mieszkanie stare ,poplamione ściany, Sofa, na zdjęciach wyglądał jak luksusowy apartament a w rzeczywistości koszmar . Dzieci musiały spać prawie na ziemi jeszcze bez pościeli. Na klatce schodowej smród...1 sypialnia ciemna bez okna czułam się jak w piwnicy . Lekcewaga i arogancja ze strony właścicielki. Odradzam każdemu...

Magnifique appartement, nous y reviendrons volontiers.

L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, calme et à deux pas des arènes, commerces, restaurants. La grande douche à l'italienne était au top. Nous sommes arrivées en train et n'avons pas eu besoin du parking mais la carte de parking est vraiment un plus, ça n'a pas l'air d'être facile de se garer en ville. Super communication avec l'agence qui gère le logement, ils sont super sympas.

Le matelas était un peu vieillissant.

La ubicación inmejorable, tenía parking gratuito, el apartamento tiene una decoración muy especial.

Nos dio problemas la tarjeta del parking para poder salir, tuvimos que solucionarlo nosotros, solo nos dijeron que eso no era normal y que hablásemos con los encargados del parking. Cuando lo tienes que hacer en otro idioma no es tan fácil.

Un bel et grand appartement confortable, idéal pour visiter Nîmes.

Superbe appartement très vaste, en plein coeur du centre historique de Nîmes. Le parking offert est naturellement très appréciable en ville et il se situe à 5 minutes à pied du logement. Vraiment un excellent choix !

L'emplacement de l'appartement très proche de la Coupole et du centre ville. Les restaurants et les magasins sont proche. Le fait d'avoir le parking à 200m du logement est un plus . Que les 2 chambres ne soient pas collées. Sèche cheveux.

Les photos ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité ! Elles sont retouchées. L'appartement n'est pas du tout lumineux. Il fait très sombre, ampoules basses consommation. Beaucoup de travaux à faire. Les volets etant trop abîmés ils ne peuvent pas être fermés. Il manque un rideau dans le salon, chaise cassée dans le salon. Trou dans le mur etc Fauteuils tous tachés, matelas peu confortables et petit , les pieds depassent si vous faites 1m90. Cuvette des toilettes cassée. 1 seul rouleau de Pq on a dû en racheté. Pas de sachet de thé, ni de savon ou de shampoing Pas de tapis pour sortir de la douche. En sommes très déçu 😞 pour le prix payé.
