Excellent price-quality relatiomship within walking distance of the Arènes

Very functional apartment with all amenities and well-equipped kitchen. It was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Parking spot right in front of apartment. Easy retrival of keys. It was around 20 minutes on foot to the city centre but it was not a problem for us. Excellent price-quality relationship.

The labels are in French only and it would be nice to have them in English too. In the summer beware of mosquitos on the terrace. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets and the apartment has A/C so this shouldn’t be a negative point indoors.

Nice, quiet apartment with air conditioning

Very nice, small, clean, quiet apartment within easy walking distance of the bus/train station (15 minutes, easy paths with suitcases). Standalone air conditioning worked well and was well needed in peak summer. We were very comfortable in the apartment. Secluded small area out the back with seating (although did not use it as was a bit stiffling in the heat and a mosquito started buzzing around just a minute after sitting down). Shower was not huge but worked perfectly well. Very good wardrobe space. Kitchen had some dishwasher tablets, coffee pods and other essentials provided which were welcomed so hosts had definitely put thought into this area. There was also a full sized fridge freezer. We had an early arrival flight so, via messaging with hosts, we were able to arrange to drop off our suitcases early which was great. There are some boulangeries close by. For groceries though, the nearest one we could find on foot was near train station which was open every day/half-day Sundays.

This is a good apartment for a stay, nothing particularly bad about it. Just a few niggly things that would make it even better: Self-service check-in was a missed opportunity for some local information. The toilet, separate from the shower room was painted a dark grey colour on walls and floors so it was just really not inviting and a bit claustraphobic! Some extra thought could transform that. Information sheet on the apartment was sparse- could do with some local recommendations. Also info on how to use the mosquito repellent items for the outside area.

A fabulous property, very tastefully decorated. Little touches I.e tissues, tea coffee, was a very welcoming touch. The outdoor area was delightful Would definitely recommend this property

It was a little further out from the centre of town than I anticipated a 20 - 30 min walk, a very pleasant walk I should add. Easy access to main train an bus station. A tea towel in the kitchen would have been handy.

A perfect stay for a couple

The design of the place was ideal for a couple. There were so many useful touches. They had thought of everything that you would need in a little holiday place - totally ideal. We used the small kitchen and loved the breakfast bar - even candles for a candlelit dinner. The colour scheme was brilliant too - so charming and clever.

Really nice clean little apartment near the centre, perfect for a couple

Very nice little apartment with separate kitchen on the ground floor with a little terrace outside. Has everything you need and very clean and well-designed to make best use of the space. Bed was comfortable and the area is OK and only 15 minutes' walk to the centre (Arenes) through the railway station. Boulangerie very close by (a choice of 2 in fact). If we'd had time I would have stayed longer.

Parking is on-street so (but free) so you need to be lucky to get a space. We were, but then didn't want to move the car for fear of not being able to park again! And a minor gripe is that the toilet fan seems to be on permanently and we couldn't find a way of switching it off. But neither of things detracted from our stay.

Very very welcome and home-like place, comforted and well-build apartment with great starting point for walk-arounds and (in our terms) sports activities. I'd love to come again with my family and enjoy again the pleasure :)

The parking situation in general is a bit "tricky" in France :) But that's nothing to blame on the host - just to mention in general - take care and enjoy.

Tout, comme d'habitude rien à dire l'appartement est très bien équipé , proppre et près de tout vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement dans la rue .C'est la seconde fois que je viens et j'ai aussi loué leur autre appartement une fois il est très bien aussi vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés rien à dire au top.

Estancia superando expectativas.

Un bajo reformado de 10, con sensación de amplitud y muy bien aprovechado. Contaba con todo tanto en baño como en cocina. La terraza es un plus. No tuvimos problemas para aparcar. Nos pusieron cuna para nuestro bebé.

Como única pega, un apartamento tan completo y fue el único de nuestro viaje que no puso alguna cápsula para la cafetera.

L'endroit, la propreté, la literie, tout nickel. La terrasse ombragée, parfait pendant une canicule. Facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité. La clim !

Il manque un peu d'isolation sono, c'est un peu bruyant le matin, sinon ça aurait été un score parfait.

L'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire Le confort du logement climatiseur bien agréable par temps de canicule, lit grand et confortable, la cuisine très bien équipée (vaisselle propre, jolie, en nombre suffisant) fenêtre avec moustiquaire, ce qui est très appréciable, petite terrasse entourée de verdure, machines pour la vaisselle et le linge AVEC les pastilles qui conviennent, linge de toilette de qualité, etc. Tout est pensé pour le confort de l'arrivant : petites bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée et de multiples petits détails qui rendent le séjour agréable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement, traité de façon très professionnel et dont nous avons été très satisfait

Joli pied à terre mais très très mal insonorisé, avec la sensation de vivre avec des voisins très bruyants. De plus, on nous demande de laisser un ventilateur super bruyant allumé.

Très joli appartement qui porte très bien son nom. Correspond en tous points aux photos présentées sur le site. Très propre lors de notre arrivée, une décoration soignée que l'on trouve rarement dans un locatif et de nombreuses petites attentions. Échanges avec le propriétaire très cordiaux. Je recommande à 100 %
