Center city Nîmes.

The apartment is very comfortable. It was recently renovated and is located in a great location close to Roman sites, restaurants, etc. There is a private outside area that is fabulous for quick drying clothes.

I would prefer some basic provisions - a little dish soap, scrubber for dishes, a tab or two of detergent for the washer, a small roll of paper towels, salt & pepper, etc. The unit does not come with parking but it's a short walk to underground parking or you can try to find street parking and pay through your phone. Pack light because there is no elevator to the 3rd floor.

Piso ikea, agradable pero faltan muchas comodidades

La ubicación es perfecta, el piso estaba limpio y había todo lo necesario en la cocina. El salón es agradable, hay un sofá y tele con smart tv.

Le faltan muchas comodidades (cojines, mantas, jabón/champú, secador de pelo...), se nota un poco desangelado en general. Un gran problema es que el baño APESTA a humedad, a un nivel que dan arcadas al entrar, intentamos evitar todo lo posible entrar al baño. Cuando llegamos el piso estaba congelado, y tardó mucho en calentarse, la primera noche la pasamos tiritando; se podría arreglar fácil si el responsable encendiese la calefacción un par de horas antes de que lleguemos. El propio edificio es super viejo y está destruido, no es totalmente responsabilidad del alojamiento, pero siendo un alojamiento turístico podían hacer algo por adecentarlo un poco.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, quelques améliorations à considérer

Bon emplacement de l’appartement dans le centre ville, appartement bien aménagé.

Pas de papier toilette, pas d’éponge/savon pour la vaisselle, propreté laissant à désirer (certaines assiettes sales, carton de bière retrouvé dans la cuisine). Malgré les efforts de rénovation, les bruits de la place sont audibles clairement dans la chambre. Par ailleurs, difficilement modifiable mais cage d’escalier/parties communes de l’immeuble insalubres (poubelles éventrées au rez-de-chaussée).

Partir.

Catastrophique dès notre arrivée : la boîte à clés contenait un code erroné, ce qui nous a empêché d’accéder immédiatement au logement. Une forte odeur désagréable imprégnait la salle de bains. Le ménage était manifestement bâclé : manque de papier toilette, torchon très sale, aucun produit ou savon pour se laver les mains. Aucun chauffage dans la pièce principale, il fait très froid dans l'appartement. Hôte pratiquement injoignable, système d'intelligence artificielle pour répondre aux appels, aucune réponse à notre demande d'indemnisation compte tenu des défauts de service explicités ci-dessus.

Un appartement superbe, à la fois spacieux et très bien pensé. L’emplacement en plein centre-ville est parfait, notamment pour une première visite.

Absolument rien à redire : tout était au top.

Sympathique mais gâché par un départ à 10h exigé alors que c’est la feria

L’emplacement est très sympathique Appartement, propre et agréable.

Seul bémol, la cage d’escalier et l’horaire de départ exigé à 10h du matin alors que les arrivées se font à 16h. C’était la feria de Nîmes Nous étions contraints de nous lever à 9h de repartir avec nos bagages alors qu’on est rentré tard et qu’on a demandé juste de rester une heure de plus c’est-à-dire un départ plutôt à 11h cette demande nous a été refusée.

Très joli appartement, spacieux, parfaitement propre. Le air conditionné dans le salon fonctionne super-bien. Il y a une terrasse privée, fort sympathique !

La propreté du lieux ! Très très chaleureux, conforme aux photos, rien à dire de plus sur l’appartement !

Le seul bémol c’est les bars qui ferment tard donc on entend un peu de bruit, mais si le bruit ne dérange pas ce n’est pas un problème.

Bien, juste gâchée par l’absence de ménage et de linge à notre arrivée

L’emplacement, la décoration, la terrasse

Le ménage n’avait pas été fait à notre arrivée, la gérante de la conciergerie a été réactive, mais n’a pu arranger les choses que le lendemain matin. La première nuit de ce fait s’est faite sans draps et sans douche. Et comme il n’y avait pas de produits d’entretien, compliquer de prendre une douche. Notre arrivée en a été un peu gâchée.. au niveau cuisine, il faudrait laisser au moins deux torchons.
