Fantastic location and very comfortable.

The staircase a bit dark and have to be very careful if you have young kids or elderly people.

Location, location, location

Free access to a nearby parking garage is available via a access card provided in the apartment.

Many guests praised the quiet nights, but we only experienced them between 1:30 AM and 6:00 AM. This might be seasonal, so keep it in mind if you plan to sleep with the windows open during hotter nights. The apartment provided a Nespresso coffee machine with one capsule per person for each day booked. This apartment is managed by a central service office. All guest communication and information are handled through their online concierge page. It's best to rely solely on the online information, as details provided within the apartment itself can sometimes be outdated.

It's okay...

Washing machine to do laundry and kitchen facilities.

Firstly, the apartment is up 2 flights of very, very steep, narrow, well worn, and ancient stone stairs. We had small bags and are in pretty good shape, but it was still a treacherous accent and decent. I encourage those with mobility issues, lots of luggage, and poor balance issues to look elsewhere. The internet wasn't working the whole time we were there, so we were instructed to use another apartments wifi. The walls are 3 feet thick and stone, so as you can imagine, no wifi most of the time, as well as no tv as it is app based. The property manager seemed not inclined to do much. The sliding bedroom door tracks are broken so it can't be closed and the window blinds in the bedroom are destroyed so they can't be closed to keep the light out while you're sleeping. Also, the accent chairs are both barely holding together, and one overzealous flop is going to send them crashing to the floor. Lastly, pictures are very deceiving. It's not quite as fancy or large as they indicate, but with some overall maintenance it could be better.

All amenities for a few days stay, location was perfect for getting around on foot, close to shopping centre and many other shops, cafes and restaurants.

Lovely

So clean and very modern. Has everything you need for a few days stay! You can walk to all the sights within a few minutes which is great! Lots of places nearby to eat and drink!

The street is very quiet and there are a few people that hang around at the McDonald’s at the end of the road a night which can be quite daunting if you are alone.

Appartement Agréable et proche de tous commerces et monuments

Appartement propre et correspondant aux attentes. Consignes claires et la conciergerie disponible et à l'écoute. Le parking, situé à 300 mètres, est accessible via une carte abonnement disponible dans l'appartement. Les Halles sont à 300 M avec tous les magasins nécessaires pour passer la semaine.

Ce n'est pas la plus belle rue de Nîmes. Il peut y avoir du bruit avec des personnes qui échangent tardivement dans la rue.

Zona abbastanza rumorosa che con le finestre aperte può recare fastidio. Assenza climatizzatore, comunque rimpiazzato da due ventilatori efficienti. Appartamento posto al secondo piano con scale non molto comode.

Caldo e rumoroso

Posizione dell'appartamento, vicino al centro e parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

La struttura è posizionata davanti ad una specie di punto di incontro/ristorante multietnico e nella notte è estremamente rumoroso a causa di persone che urlano, litigano, parcheggiano con auto a tutto volume e tirano pure bottiglie in strada. Inoltre siamo capitati durante una settimana estiva piuttosto calda e i ventilatori non erano affatto sufficienti a rinfrescare l'ambiente (si tratta di una mansarda). Scale molto scomode, una sola dose di sapone per lavastoviglie e lavatrice per 4 giorni (mai capitato da nessuna parte). Stoviglie della cucina molto scarse.

En verano "NO GRACIAS"

Bien situado, muy cerca de los lugares de interés y muy cerca del parking.

La escalera de acceso a la habitación del segundo piso, es muy incomoda e insegura. En verano, por el calor, no hay manera de dormir. Un calor INSOPORTABLE en toda la estancia. No pudimos dormir ni descansar después de comer ni por la noche. El calor en este tipo de ático es INSOPORTABLE, al menos en verano. Estos lugares deben estar bien aislados, y este no es el caso. Sinceramente, creo que un par de ventiladores no son suficientes para garantizar una estancia cómoda (supongo que conoce y lee los comentarios de otros huéspedes, como para poder poner remedio) Al final, lamentablemente, decidimos dejar el apartamento un día antes. NO VOLVEREMOS.

Bon emplacement, proches de toutes visites, rues propres. Nous avons passés 5 jours tranquilles. Parking des Halles le plus proche, pris un forfait. Appartement cosy, idéal pour 2 personnes.
