The view from this place is stunning. The place is calm and peaceful.

It would be great if the room can be cleaned during your stay. I stayed 4 nights and I didn't get housekeeping service any day. Maybe it's upon request and I should ask the staff, which is very friendly and supportive.

It’s really hard to drive to the property. It’s more than 300 meters on a track full of stones and holes. I woke up and the room was full of insects. The shower plate moved when I stepped on so it didn’t feel super safe to have a shower there. I asked for breakfast and I had to wait for about half an hour so I had to leave as I had a long trip back home.

The rooms are very beautiful and the view is amazing! It is such a wonderful quiet place to calm down. The pancakes in the morning are the best and the Menu is very good! The hike with Wi on the Mount Batur was unforgettable:)

The view is so beautiful and it is a quiet and peaceful place. The condition of the interior of the accommodation is also excellent for glamping.

There wasn't a single thing I disliked. Although the surrounding beach is not close, it is okay because you can enjoy swimming while looking at the sea from the accommodation.

Location is challenging to reach with small and sedan car not recommended but hotel team will pick you up with needed

Clean, comfortable and lovely wooden accomodation which was warm for our stay on a cooler night. Kadek was our guide and made us tea and coffee on arrival. The morning hike was also lead by Kadek and being a smaller operation, we got a very personalised hike, was able to have great photographs taken and breakfast made for us at the top of Mt Batur.

This place is absolutely amazing! The views are stunning, and the staff are so friendly and Kadek, Wii, Nyoman were very attentive. Special thank you to Kadek for taking me on the hike up Mt Batur, its such a special place and I will always remember the treck and hot springs. He also took Kopi Pantation and showed me amazing warung on the lake! I saw the real Bali here at loved every minute! I felt so comfortable and welcomed by all. My mind was put at ease 100%. If you are looking for real Bali in a beautiful location with amazing people you should book.

We spent 2 amazing nights in this place. The food was delicious, and the people who work there are very friendly. The view from the rooms are amazing. You can rent scooters there and go for a nice ride around.

We stayed two nights at Batur Cliff Panorama and we had a good time here. Breathtaking views of the lake and mountains during the day and good conversations with other guests around the open fire under a starry sky in the evening. The service from the staff is very friendly. Our guide at the resort was called Kadek Wardika. I can highly recommend him. We also did a tour to Mount Batur with him. He is very friendly and accommodating and provided us with tea and coffee and good conversation. The atmosphere and the service were very good. Always happy to come back.

The best part of our stay was our guide, wi. He was so lovely and so friendly. Was always happy to help and inform us on anything we wanted to know. His English was very good. He had a deep Knowledge of Indonesian culture. Wi is a genuine, caring nice person. If you get the chance to climb mt batur I would recommend hiring him to anyone. The rooms were in a great location with an amazing view to enjoy from the balcony or even from bed. The staff were happy to help organise transport and scooter hire.

The food was average and the bed needs a cover on the doona. But it was a comfortable bed at least.

The accommodation has great views to the lake and the mountains. Very friendly staff and big comfortable rooms. I love to come here and enjoy the fresh clean air

Wonderful hosts, very attentive to our family: fruits and treats offered to children. Excellent meal, very good organization of the Mount Batur ascent. Made themselves available to take us to Amed after Batur. We highly recommend ! Thank you Kadek, Ajik and all the team !

We received a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and the owners and were greeted with warm coffee and tea around a lovely welcoming campfire. We booked the Mount Batur Tour the same evening with good conditions through the owner, it was very uncomplicated. In the night we started on time with our tour guide Wijaya. It was one of the most beautiful experiences we have had in our lives. Wijaya is very welcoming and very patient. He took care of us throughout the tour, safety was the top priority. We had enough time to enjoy everything and got nice shots of him as a reminder of an unforgettable trip. He became a very nice friend/brother during the tour with whom we had a lot of fun. About the accommodation: A very nice, modern, well-kept complex with a beautiful infinity pool and a beautiful garden. The staff takes care of it every day. Accommodation is very clean with a nice huge bathroom and rain shower. Service: We felt comfortable over the entire period, so we even extended our stay. This was easily possible. The entire crew is very open and welcoming. Every wish was immediately fulfilled. We were pampered all day long, offered free water, tea, coffee and other goodies. The included breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. For very cheap you could also pay for lunch and dinner, which was also prepared with a lot of love and was very, very tasty. As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and can warmly recommend the accommodation!

We had a nice stay in Batur Cliff Panorama. The location is very good and you have a nice view. Good for some rest. You can book the Mount Batur Sunrise trekking with them. The stuff is very friendly.

Transfer to the location provided. Interesting location with a stunning view of the farm fields, lake and the mountains. Nice chill thanks to the lower air temperature. Low noise location. Not very professional but friendly and helpfull staff, namely Kadek. Thanks for that bottle of beer.

I am sorry for the driver because of the access. A dinner delivery offered but we were waiting very very long and the quality of meal and serving was low. I didn't like the pebble base of the shower and couple of slugs in the bathroom.

The host was amazing, very kind and helpful. He went out his way to help us and also offered transfer in the middle of the night. Still very very thankful for his help. The house itself is nice, hot water was especially appreciated after previous hotel where we didn’t have any. Very specious and cool-looking bathroom too.

Apsoloutley loved our stay at Batur Cliff Panorama. The location is a little outta town and a little tricky to locate on maps , however they and made brilliant signage which shows the way clearly. There is a small kitchen on site , the menu is not priced but is very reasonable. It offers a small range of local and western food. Our rooms where spacious and opened up to an incredible view sided with a massive bathroom. Wijaya is an incredible young man who taught him self English. He happily took us on 2 local trips around the area. He's incredibly knowledgeable and has a very kind soul. There are also 2 great restaurants within walking distance. It's nice to have variety when stating longer than a night. Apsoloutley loved our stay.

Everything are perfect. The staff really assist and helpful. The owner also come down and say hello to us. They provided anything we need. The room so big and fit for 4 to 5 person. Water heater also operate so well. Recomended and will back again soon for more people.

Great location, quiet and local, with a perfect view over Mt Batur and the lake... The guys working there were lovely and couldn't do enough to make sure my friends and I were comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning, hot drinks and snacks offered on arrival, bonfire in the evening... Highly recommended!

there was construction going on right next to the pool, would be worth checking when this will be completed, and lots of flies as is common in Batur.

Amazing location with a spectacular view of the mountains and an infinity pool. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend to people staying in Mount Batur. Would come back again.

An extraordinary picturesque unique place in the area. We were welcomed by all the family members with great warmth and kindness. The workers of Batur Cliff Panorama are very attentive to any request and ensure all the time that we do not lack anything to be comfortable during our stay. They organized tours and drove us where we needed, spoiled us with an unforgettable breakfast and meals and evening bon fires.
