Big, clean, modern room right on the beach.

Big, clean, modern room. Right on the beach, Good breakfast. Good on-site restaurant - I would sit on the beach on the sun loungers and order from their menu. Friendly owners / staff. Mostly quiet - there was some noise from the beach club on the hill but that never seemed to go on late into the night.

The WiFI was weak in my room. Even though the router was right outside my room. I think this is an issue with the whole of Amed so you will get that issue every where in town.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Location is amazing, with the Jemeluk Bay and incredible snorkeling just metres away. The staff are so friendly - we come as guests and leave as friends. The bed is very comfortable. The food - breakfast, lunch, dinner - all great.

Perfect

Everything is nice here. The best homestay I have ever stayed. Banana pancake for breakfast is tasty, you can sit nearby the beach and enjoy the sea breeze while having delicious food. The garlic prawn is also highly recommended. The room is cozy and clean, air conditioning and refrigerator work fine, hot water is also sufficient, very comfortable. The hotel offers motorbike rentals, quite convenient to travel around Amed. The location is excellent, with good snorkeling spots nearby and three minutes walk to the sunset point. You can enjoy the best sunset views, bands, and cocktails. People here are super kind, and they took great care of me during my stay. highly recommended!

Hidden jewel in Amed

Beautiful canopy bed, spotless bathroom, sun beds on the beach in front of the famous underwater temple in the bay. The family that own the property are beautiful people. Unbelievable for the price.

Simple, friendly and great value for money

Great location right on the beach and hidden from the main road. Easy walk to main street and, cafes and dive shops (check out Fresh Fins if you are a diver). Easy and great snorkelling right in ftont of the hotel. Breakfast was included - I do like a banana pancake.

Relaxed stay

It’s a quiet traditional Balinese style house complex with the jewellery course on site. It’s nice to stay a night or two in this house. Plus it’s walking distance to the main tourist area. Plus with such a cheap price they did housekeeping for my two day stay. Amazing.

The shower head is installed above head and the whole bathroom will be wet when you have a shower. Otherwise no problem.

Great stay!

Lovely small home stay managed by a local family ,very well located straight on the beach with the best snorkeling spot in Amed and you can snorkel straight from the shore to see beautiful underwater life😊 clean rooms, good wifi signal even on the beach , great value and lovely staff especially the owners always there to assist, overall great stay and we would definitely happily stay here again !

Fridge could be plugged in on arrival and the Check-in could be a bit earlier but as they were fully booked the night before so not the hotel’s fault we could still leave our luggage with them and just stayed on the beach loungers😉

Fabulous location, just 30m from the beach with great snorkeling. Lovely helpful staff. Drinking water in the room. Breakfast included. Good hot water in the shower. Delicious meals available all day.

The facilities are pretty rusty, especially the bathroom. The room wasn’t clean too, you can see a lot of dust on the shelves. The breakfast was simple but not really tasty. The only good place was the location good for snorkeling and the comfy bed. However, compared to other places I’ve been to, it wasn’t a good value for money.

Very nice place to stay, even better than expected

Good location, free trinking water in the room. The host provides hot water for tea/coffee in the morning (at your veranda). So when you wake up you can make your own tea/coffee before you go for breakfast (which was also included in the price). Good wifi.

During heavy rains, some water was running through the main door. Not really a problem, but make sure your bags/electronics are safe when heavy rain occurs.

Beautiful location, wonderful staff.

The location is perfect. The staff are wonderful. This is a home-stay not a hotel, it's simple, basic and comfortable. There is a fan as well as aircon, a small fridge, and the staff bring a flask of boiled water each morning to make your own tea or coffee. A simple but delicious breakfast is included. I also like very much that there is a dispenser of filtered water to refill your water bottle which prevents an excess of plastic bottles, I wish all accommodation in Bali would provide this. The sea is only steps away, and the snorkeling is great. There are sun lounges and umbrellas to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. Could not ask for a nicer stay. I will be back!

Beach-side property with great snorkling right in front!

I stayed there for one night while I was diving the us liberty. Super comfortable bed, great location on the beach (a 3 minute walk from the drop off point for the fast boat to Gili!). I woke up in the morning and decided to snorkle right on the beach in front of the guesthouse--really great coral and fish!! Just be careful because in low tide you can scrape yourself against the corral. (enter from the side is probably best)

Bathroom could be upgraded, but totally useable.

В хорошем месте, ребята гостеприимные, давние знакомые, стараются, как могут, место давно нами любимо из-за тихой воды и хорошего снорклинга. Завтраки обычные в этих местах, скромные, го подают в любое время

Мы в этой гавани отдыхаем не первый раз, народу приезжает туда немало, хватает пристааучих торговцев и шум музыки наперебой из вечерних ресторанов над бухтой почти каждый день. Утром чувствительный слух ловит звуки байков от несущихся спозаранку по делам локалов. Т.е. место не самое тихое. Периодически ( раз в несколько дней) появляется запашек канализации, которую по ночам персонал сливает в море( от стирки и кухни, похоже, только). Ну и цена отелей в этом месте существенно возросла в сравнении с прошлым годом . Потом нам всегда везет на стройку, каждый раз хозяева что то переделывают. Вам повезёт больше

Für ein paar Tage in Standlage gut und preiswert.

Die Gastgeber und ihre Angestellten waren sehr engagiert, den Gästen jeglichen, erwünschten Service anzubieten. Es machte alles einen sehr familiären Eindruck. Der Gastgeber hat mich nach dem checkout noch zu meiner nächsten Unterkunft gefahren. Weil grab cars nicht zu dieser Unterkunft kommen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür!

An diesem Strand liegen viele Unterkünfte sehr dicht beieinander. Das ist recht typisch für Asien. Wer mehr Raum braucht, sollte an anderen Stränden suchen.

Très bien

Hôtel situé sur une extrémité de Amed, donc un peu éloigné du centre avec les restaurants, mais cela se fait sans problème, sachant que l'on est au bord de la place. On sort, on a des transat à disposition, on plonge et l'on se retrouve dans un véritable aquarium ! que demander de mieux ? Personnel très sympathique : possibilité de sortie en bateau pour du snorkelling, laverie, taxi... nous avons vraiment apprécié ce logement

L'emplacement sur la plage pour faire du snorkeling, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. C'est un endroit simple mais pratique et agréable.

Des voiles occultants sur les grandes baies vitrées pourraient être ajoutés pour plus d'intimité.

Chambres très bien situéed, juste en bord de plage, le warung le soir et petit déjeuner le matin très bien. Propre et bien entretenu. Les coraux et les poissons, tortues... Juste en face de l'hôtel sont magiques. MAIS

Superbe étape ! Je regrette de n’être pas restée plus longtemps !

Merveilleux séjour ! Nous avons passé 3 jours/4 nuits au Beten, les pieds dans l’eau, masque et tuba sur la tête pour admirer l’aquarium de la plage en quelques brasses. Idéalement placé, très propre (chambre et SdB nickel), lit super confortable, transat sur la plage, petit dej très correct, famille accueillante et toujours aux petits soins. Je recommande a 200%.

Prachtig aan zee gelegen eenvoudige Homestay met zeer goede service.

Oude foto’s op Booking zijn niet meer van toepassing op deze Homestay, deze is verbeterd en goed onderhouden. Mooie schone kamer met goede douche. Fijn restaurant met uitzicht op strand en zee. Voldoende gratis ligbedden met parasols op strand. Fijn strand om te zwemmen en snorkelen, veel vis te zien. Goede Homestay drink en eet service op strand, in restaurant en op het terras van je kamer. Goede smakelijke maaltijden. Fantastische hostess met goed personeel zorgt voor alles in en om de Homestay. Aanrader.

Eenvoudig ontbijt wat wel in overeenstemming is met de kamerhuur. Buiten relaxen, zonnen, zwemmen en snorkelen is er in en om de Homestay niets meer te doen. Winkeltjes en geldautomaat zijn ver lopen of je moet vervoer huren.

Au bord de la mer, chambres très agréables et propres, le personnel très sympathique et serviable. On peut faire du snorkeling juste devant l’hôtel, se prélasser sur les sunbeds, boire et manger sur place.
