The views are absolutely amazing, and the pool is clean. The condo also has a second balcony off of the master bedroom. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, Tanger outlets, and several restaurants.
The parking garage is tight with a full-size pickup. Only 2 elevators were working due to upgrades, so it took quite a while at times to get in one. If you have more than 2 vehicles, overflow parking is $25 per night and must be paid in cash upfront with no refunds if you decide to leave early.

Rick was a great host and very pleasant to deal with. Their condo was great, and I would highly recommend it for a vacation getaway. It doesn't get much better.

The resort was large and fairly well kept. We never had to wait for an elevator and the room had so many personal touches that made our stay feel like home.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the water pressure was weak. The dryer was a bit noisy as well.
