• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies for violations.
• No house parties. No groups under age 25.
• All cancellations require a 60-day written notice. A $150 cancellation fee applies. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit all monies paid.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The until itself was very nice and spacious. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. The condo was mostly clean and well stocked. Everyone had more than enough room to spread out. The price you pay vs the building and this specific unit was a deal. The only down side was the places on both sides of this building were very sketchy. We heard a fight breakout in the middle of the night. Otherwise, it was an over great experience.

This condo was very nice! We had plenty of room for 9 adults. It was very clean and seemed to be well-maintained. There were a couple of minor issues with the refrigerator ice/water dispensers but other than that, it's a great place with lots of amenities!

We had plenty of room ( there were 7 of us), and room for more. The balcony was large, roomy and wonderful! We parked right outside the room on the same level, so easy access to our cars, and the beach was right there. A friend came to visit and stayed a few nights and was able park next door at no cost! Everything in the condo was in wonderful shape and the kitchen was well equipped with 2 dish washers and refrigerators. We all said we would come again! I have no complaints, gripes nor negative comments.
