Sitting on an oversized balcony overlooking beach and ocean. Listening to waves crashing is priceless anytime of the year. Golfers, now is the time for you! Girls getaway! Or just those of you looking for R&R with the sounds & views of the ocean.
This is not your typical hotel-style stay. This is home away from home. Wake up to the therapeutic sounds and amazing views of the ocean & sunsets. Take walks along the beach, sunbathe or read a book on the beach and escape the chaos!
South Carolina is known for it’s mecca golf courses, over 90 just in our area. Charleston is a wonderful daytrip. Shoppers, we have two Tanger Outlets right in our town. Some of our favorites places are: The Marsh Walk, Pawleys Island, Market Commons, Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Top Golf, the Carolina Opry Theatre, Little River, Botonical Gardens…. and so much more. I encourage you to look these up for additional information
Relax on the rocking chairs on the large oceanfront balcony and listen to the gentle Atlantic waves. Play on the beach, enjoy the outdoor Hot tub, or mellow in your private Jacuzzi Tub . Take a swim in the indoor pool or lazy river. Sunbathe by the outdoor pool or take a long stroll down the beach. Inside, simply watch a movie on the 75" smart TV (one of 7 flat panels TV's) in the condo.
We strive to keep our condo updated, maintained, & CLEAN. It is our second home that we take a lot of pride in and is well cared for.
When considering which condo or building to rent, keep in mind that they are not all alike. “You WILL get what you pay for!” Watch out For property management fees that are enormous! Those fees are not factored into nightly rates. Typically, those properties are not kept up like ours.
We truly want to welcome you to Ocean Blue, honestly one of the nicest oceanfront condos available in Myrtle Beach. This 5 bedroom 4 bath luxury condo is one of only 36 luxury units in the Resort and is located on South end of Ocean Blvd. This complex is a unique, upscale oceanfront resort that maintains a very private and exclusive feel but is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.
The 2800 square foot residence features all of the luxuries you could possibly expect. The kitchen opens to the spacious dining area and great room, all with amazing views of the Grand Strand Beach and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a double oven, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, stove top, built-in microwave and all the necessities for cooking up anything. The condo also features a separate media room where you can enjoy a movie or a game without disrupting the activities in the main living area.
Our unit is all on one level and provides easy access for all age groups. We have not had any problems accommodating wheelchair guests. The common bathroom has a 3-inch step-in shower stall & bench available. Attached covered parking, private indoor and outdoor pools, and a jacuzzi tub in one of the 4 bathrooms are just some of the amenities you will find.
Our Condo is perfect for large or small family groups and Golfers. We welcome guests to check out oceanfront living in the winter months for great rates. Winter rates are available anytime from December through March. Please call us for more information and updated rates.
Our condo rents for $1400-$5000 per week, depending on the season. If you break that down into the number of people we can host, it's very reasonable. It's especially great for those who need many separate sleeping rooms. You are NOT going to find this set up in an hotel chain.

*We have washer& dryer in unit. We stress guests use HE (high efficiency) laundry detergents (not provided by owners).
*Two parking spots are also included at no extra charge. Any other vehicles ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Cars will get towed at guest expense without parking pass inside vehicle!
*The parking garage is very tight. The absolute highest clearance is 7ft!
*ABSOLUTELY NO TRAILERS or MOTORCYCLES allowed in the parking garage.
*All bed linens & towels are included, and non-negotiable.
*Top Bunk Beds are NOT made-up (clean bedding is provided).
*PLEASE inform/share all info with all guests in your party.
*Valid Driver's License from 2 responsible adults required

Great location, great facilities, great condo, great hosts! Our family had a wonderful time, and I hope to book another trip again. The kids’ favorite part were the pools—a nice sized outdoor pool (warm), a nice sized indoor pool (cold), a nice sized hot tub, and a very fun lazy river (warm). I don’t know if it’s like this all year, but in July /August, the indoor pool areas were open air in the direction of the beach, and the area somehow managed to stay very cool despite the heat. I loved it all, but I have to say there were a few unexpected perks that are worth highlighting:-The double refrigerator and double dish washer set up was a game changer for that many people. -The shower coming in from the beach was so thoughtfully set up—there were three hoses attached to sprayers, which made it so easy to get the sand off. -The parking garage is so convenient—the parking space is on the level with the unit, so you don’t have to deal with the elevator when you’re unloading all of your luggage. It’s tight in there for a big vehicle though, so bring your patience for parking. -The hosts were very responsive, which was appreciated (the prior guests took the parking signs, but the host helped us navigate it, no problem). -The onsite staff was very on top of things. We left a bag unattended at the pool while going to the beach, and it was scooped up and brought to lost and found. Initially a little nerve wracking—but I definitely appreciate that they are on top of security.

Wonderful place to stay with a family of 12!!! Clean rooms, lots of things to do within walking distance. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony. The owners of the condo were very informative. We had no problems at all.

This is a wonderful condo. Very spacious, good views of ocean, nice big kitchen to allows to prepare meals for a lot of people. The kitchen is well equipped. The HOA staff is a little too eager to enforce certain rules and they were inconsistent with the enforcement of the rules but this can't be controlled by this host family. The best thing I can say about this property is this, if we continue to go to Myrtle Beach in the future, we would want to come back to this condo.

We come to Myrtle Beach every summer. We have a big group and need a lot of room. We like to stay in nice places. When we’re could find a penthouse condo we kept going to this one. To be honest we were expecting a let down. Quite the opposite. Large kitchen with everything you’d need. A nice living area and a fantastic balcony with an amazing view through the palm trees. The whole condo was just so clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It was easy to get into the condo by making our own code. The parking garage is tight but wow it’s right there with not much hauling to do. The indoor lazy rivers, the hot tub and pool all nice and not crowded like alot of condo highrises. The beach was perfect. I mean you have a nice group this condo will not disappoint. We had one small issue and boom the owner was accessible. I mean we just had a fantastic time.
