• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

• No smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property (violations incur a $500 deep cleaning fee)
• No house parties or large groups under age 25
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• Check-in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. While we strive for a 4 PM check-in, delays can occur.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The property is awesome right on beach. The place was clean and spacious. The only thing we didn’t like was we stayed there after Labor Day and we could not rent chairs like other places.

Great layout, spacious, clean, minimal bath towels, dish towels, no extra toilet paper, no toiletries like small soaps, shampoo, lotion. Very beautiful inside the unit giving a warm relaxing feel. TVs were in all rooms. AC worked great. Beautiful large windows for full ocean view. The property management people responded promptly as needed.

We loved everything about the condo except our carpets were stained pretty bad. That was my only disappointment.
