Terrible very dirty shag rug in the common area which everyone kept tripping over- kids and adults. Terrible baking pans and skillets. I was glad that we took our own or we would have had to purchase skillets to make breakfasts. Rusty sharp knives and three can openers that are all broken. Refrigerator does not close tightly so everything in there is sweaty. Only 2 ice cube trays for 14 guests to use. Dishwasher starts on its own if it is closed tightly. One if the beds is literally falling apart and has been reinforced with screws, etc. It needs to be replaced. Only 2 key cards to access the parking garage when we had 4 different families going to their cars at different times making that whole situation very inconvenient. To her credit, the owner managed to get us 2 key additional key cards which was very helpful.
