• Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any vehicle
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available by 4 PM, but delays can occur

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Our group of 10 stayed here and overall enjoyed our stay very much. We loved our view and being able to watch the ocean from our balcony every day was amazing.Check-in was simple and the management company did a good job with sending the necessary information prior to our stay. The condo was clean and welcoming, with plenty of space for our group. There was also a roll-away bed which was much appreciated. The kitchen was pretty well equipped (more baking sheets would be nice). There were a few issues with the refrigerators. Neither's ice maker or water worked and one of the refrigerator's froze food in the fridge section, which had to be thrown away. The dishwashers are also old, and despite our being careful to pre-rinse and not overload, both of them did not clean very well.The bedrooms were clean and had comfortable linens. However, all of the beds (except for the twin over full bunk) were extremely high. It was almost comical to try to climb into the bed. Some of those in our group had limited mobility so this was a bit difficult. Also, the toilets were unusually low, again not ideal for someone with limited mobility (although nice for young children).We have stayed in this condo complex before and find the pools, hot tub, and lazy river to be well taken care of. It is especially nice to have some of the pools be inside in the shade so that you can get out of the sun. The beach is just a short walk down the path, with direct access from the pool level.

We stayed here with our adult children, so had a group of 9. The space was clean and spacious, with great access to the pools and beach. The patio was a bonus that overlooked the beach and the location was within walking distance to several good restaurants.

I’d like to discuss compensation for less than adequate accommodations in room 501. No water pressure in the master bedroom shower and the water took 10 minutes to warm up. Lumpy king mattress. One of the queen beds had a divet down the middle and our guests did not sleep well.Electrical outlets by the kitchen sink did not work. There was no cookie sheet for the oven. Mold was found in one of the coffee pot reservoirs. We definitely left the condo cleaner than we found it. Thank you.
