• No pets allowed.
• No smoking in the condo or on the property – $500 fee for violations.
• No house parties or groups under age 25.
• Check-in time is 4 PM; check-out time is 10 AM. Delays may occur during peak season.

The host was welcoming and the pent house was very nice. A little more upfront info on additional parking would have been helpful. But the did have it in the PH. Hot tub and pool were great!
