• No House Parties or Groups Under Age 25
• Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any vehicle
• Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We aim for a 4 PM check-in, but delays may occur
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Beautiful view and condo. Checking in and out was seamless. Building is well maintained. My only issue was with dated and unkept appliances. Parking also an issue. Would have been nice to have gym access.

We really enjoyed this property it was clean , located near most attractions, easy access to the beach. The beds were terrible other than that it was great!

First of all the building is under new management and everything is a lot stricter. The staff wasn’t exactly the nicest bunch of people. The parking garage isn’t meant for big SUV’s and if you didn’t park far enough over the staff was all over you about not parking right. This is the third time we have stayed at this building and the second time in this same room. The overall stay was good but you can tell the rooms need a lot of TLC. The bed in the master bedroom was terrible. My wife and I both woke up with a sore back every morning. According to the other family members their beds weren’t very comfortable either. I think some new mattresses need to be purchased for every room. I think next year it’s time to look for a new place. All in all everyone had a nice time and the room is just a part of the total stay, but for the money you have to pay, the room could be a little nicer.
