• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• No pets
• No smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property (violations are subject to a $500 deep cleaning fee)
• No house parties or groups under age 25
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
• Check-in time is between 4 PM and 6 PM. While we aim for a 4 PM check-in, delays may occur.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The condo was nice, the beds were comfortable which is always good. There were a few things that we didn’t understand.
The parking is so tight!! I like having a reserved spot but I had to climb through the hatch. Do yourself a favor Pay and park at the sun and sand. Next door
If there is bad weather the gate is locked coming from the beach and the door at the pool will not open.
When they say the pool closes at 10 that also means the gate to the beach. We like to walk on the beach at night and got locked out, so we had to walk through the public beach access to get in. It seems a short distance u til you have to walk at night. I couldn’t even let the family in from the hotel side.
I read a lot of reviews for this before I arrived and the only one I can confirm is the microwave had a few rusty spots, but it worked fine.
Altogether we had a great stay!

location and property good. the only recommendation would be for the association to add restroom facilities near the pool area. Running kids up the elevator and into the unit with wet suits and sandy seems wrong.

Disappointed with the furnishings Looked like the furniture came from Goodwill Sofa cushions were very thin and dirty covered it with a blanket so we could sit on it. Kitchen lacked cooking items Very few pots and pans, storage containers and utensils, I would not stay there again. FOR THE PRICE i HAD EXPECTED A NICER PLACE,
