Filthy, unclean Extended Stay (AWAY)

The only good feature was the exterior.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled of smoke. The refrigerator, microwave, stove and cabinets were filthy. The microwave have thick, sticky good all inside it. The staff person was very rude when I asked for a refund, and said that I couldn't have my money back because I used a towel to wipe my hands, even after I showed her how filthy the room was. I will never visit this place again.

We were not made aware that there was a security posit required before check-in. Secondly, after checking into the room, we found dead roaches under the cabinet in the bathroom and in the corners of the room we immediately checked back out.

NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. YOU HAVE TO RENT THE HAIRDRYERS AND COFFE POTS, BEDS WERE JUST A FRAM WITH MATTRESS ON TOP. THERE WAS BLOOD ON COUNTER AND OLD FOOD LEFT IN CABINETS. WALLS HAD BROWN STREAKS . HAD TO PAY A $100 DEPOSIT , WHEN I ALREADY SPENT $200 ON THE ROOM.

EVERYTHING. DONT ADVERTISE IT HAVING BREAKFAST AND COFFEE MAKERS AND HAIR DRYERS INCLUDED WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THEM. DONT ADVERTISE THEM AS "GOOD STAY" WHEN IT LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE IM IN SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION, AND EXPECTING THE WARDEN TO COME AROUND AND SAY "LIGHTS OUT"

I could never recommend.

There was no breakfast so that would be hard to rate. I would say price but I didn't get what I paid for.

I booked two double with two beds in each. I was given one bed per room. As it was a late check-in, it was impossible to go elsewhere and the hotel could not provide me with any sort of solutions. My daughter was forced to sleep in a bathtub with the covers from one of the beds.

Good

The way the bed frame and mattress was designed for cleanliness made me feel comfortable. I liked the style of bed frame. Also the bed covers were tucked in nicely. The heater in the room adjusted well by selecting temperature. I prefer no carpet and the room had a hard flooring, so I liked that.

Floor was a bit sticky, like there was residual detergent from mopping on the tiles. Some of the flooring lost its adhesiveness and was coming loose.

Decent hotel and convenient

The hotel charged me a different price than what was provided by booking.com. I booked it with the expectation of a certain rate not to be charged another bunch of fees on top. There are other options that don’t pull this trick so I’ll know for next time to use alternatives

First of all Booking dot com told me I was going to pay $64.99. But the facility charged me $75 . The rooms and beds were not as advertised. Very bad value for money. The elevator and corridors were filthy. I also had to pay another $100 deposit before I was allowed to sleep there. Very terrible experience!
