Value for money; great apartment for family

Apartment was spacious (we had the 4-bedroom apartment which could sleep 7). Kitchen was reasonably well-equipped though the knifes were not sharp. Having a dishwasher and a washing machine were godsends. Love the area - at the foot of Glen Nevis - so lovely just to walk out of the apartment.

Maybe sharpen the knives. :)

Great stay at fort Williams

Location was great — a quiet neighbourhood but only about 5 minutes from the city centre. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which made things really convenient. The house had everything we needed, and the beds were comfy and cozy. We also appreciated the parking space right next to the house, which fit our two cars perfectly

The stairs were quite narrow, so it was a bit tricky to carry our large luggage upstairs. We also had a bit of trouble figuring out the heating system at first, but the owner provided a portable heater which helped. We figured it out later. Since the house is next to a green area, there were some bugs coming in at night — nothing major, just something to note.

Great location and the space was decent.

Great location and massive accommodations.

There are stains on the carpet. The shower didn’t have good water pressure. There was no hair conditioner. The bathroom downstairs had issues including the entire faucet moving around.

Great Stay

Very comfortable perfect for our needs. It was well equipped. The appliances were easy to use. The clothesline was fantastic. Having the bedroom and bathroom was good for my mom. The living room was comfortable with ample seating. The closet space was great. We spent three nights very comfortable beds. Michelle was a wonderful person

Good space in the house, good location. Peaceful, quiet and rooms were big too. Bathroom were very well done, and good ambiance overall :) Loved EVerything. 11/10

Cleaning wipes not there Dishwasher and laundry pods not present. Had to buy. Did not find bin liners. Had to buy. Quite short in cutlery items considering the size of accommodation. Extractor fan in upstairs bathroom not working. Quite creaky floors upstairs. Was difficult to manage temperature control, personally did not find user friendly.

A great stay on the doorstep of Ben Nevis!

The location is amazing if you are walking Ben Nevis and the surrounding areas, exploring the highlands or catching the Harry Potter train. The house is beautiful, very big, clean and has everything you need. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is free wifi and parking included. The house is in fort William close to shops and amenities. Great stay. Would 100% stay again and recommend to friends.

Good location for walking up Ben Nevis. 10min walk into Fort William, plenty outdoor shops and places to eat. But gets very booked up in thee summer.

The appartment was spacious with plenty of seating in the lounge. Good parking and beds were comfortable. Plenty crockery and utensils etc

Bathrooms/shower rooms were in need of upgrading. Drainage from both was poor with evidence of mould.

Comfortable house with everything you need for a delightful holiday.

We are a group of 4 traveling and it was great to have a stay where we all had our own bedrooms. Everything was comfortable and well set up. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We did have a small but of trouble finding the property as our GPS was unable to locate the house and all the houses looked similar.

Superb

I liked everything about the house, from when we arrived until we left. The location is excellent; it is right in the center of town. The facilities are fantastic; they have everything you need for your stay. We will return to this place in the future and recommend this place to our colleagues.

I discovered a minor issue in the bathroom on the second floor; they wanted us to keep it dry because it wasn't a wet bathroom; however, the bath section couldn't be properly closed, so I had to wipe the water away with a towel. That would be great if it did close. Overall, it did not interfere with our stay.

Goed, behalve de mieren waardoor badkamer niet hygiënisch en niet te gebruiken

De tweede badkamer kon niet gebruikt worden vanwege de (vliegende) mieren, die steeds terug kwamen. Er werd niet gereageerd op een vraag voor een oplossing. Met 7 volwassenen is 1 badkamer te weinig. Stofzuigen hielp niet voldoende.
